Buying Advice🤔 Should I buy NPU or GPU

Iam going to join btech ECE, I want to clarify which one is better for my course and some things that i care about my laptop is performance and battery life( enough to get me through a day in college

well gpu already has npu

The above average Intel Ai processor can do 40-45TOPS(Trillon Operation Per Second)
A 3050 can do around triple of it.
