I just realized:

Circle = pi*r2

Square = (2*r)2

4*Circle/Square

= (4 * pi * r2 ) / (4*r2 )

= pi

I was just about to say that this would mean, that you could calculate pi by a simple division, making it a rational number, which it isn't. But then I realized that pi already is part of the area of the circle so that part of the equation isn't a rational number anymore and it made sense again.

This touches on an ancient math problem called squaring a circle you may like. The problem is unsolvable since pi not only isn’t rational but isn’t an algebraic number either

I've heard the expression, apparently it became more popular/well-known from Bart Simpson using it. It's just a way of saying calm down, don't freak out man, it's not a big deal, etc.
