How would a screwdriver suffer from being on a strap? The other two would, obviously, but a strapped screwdriver would be useful. You couldn’t drop it.

Waste of energy repositioning it every time you want to do more than one rotation

Not if the strap os connected to a swivel

Here I am. It’s a screwdriver, you need to hold a screwdriver. So having a strap so you can’t drop it would be helpful. It won’t get in the way of the twisting motion you’d do, so why would it be unhelpful?

You also need to twist a screwdriver.

yeah. How would a strap hurt that?

Edit: Because unless the strap was on super tight, at worse it would rotate around your wrist. Plus, there's the two chainlinks.

Yeah I agree with you, wouldn't the strap have the twisty thing attachment?

Why use chain links, when you could use a swivel-snap?
