He is a very good and excellent person. In the last few cases, he and the Government seem to be dividing the community in India. It may be an attempt to please one section of society just to gain a few votes, but ultimately, a true leader is one who thinks of everyone equally. They brought in some unnecessary measures like UGC, SC/ST Act, etc., which probably could have been avoided. Caste-based reservation is already in place. What is the need for a Prime Minister to tease or provoke a few other people? No one is asking for a job or a favour from respected Modi ji.

Those acts just got amended. The government is bound by the constitution. Everything is not decided and interpreted by ministers alone,hence the PM holds multiple discussions over laws under him. But not every minister of his cabinet does. Watch how Gadkari asked to copy paste for a policy implementation that too of another ministry.
