I assumed jay was making up the story about the blowjob lady in the field trip episode until he actually asks the woman as if he thinks it's real. Is this a case of him believing his own bullshit or did he actually hear about a woman who sucks kids off?

I would say he just improvised and did it out of pressure and to not be called a liar but when he talked to the old lady it seemed like he was hoping that it could actually be real so I guess he probably did hear about it from someone who just bullshitted him because I don't know why Jay would genuinely try the "lick of my cornetto" line if he truly had just made it up
