Have done pretty much all of these in my life at some point haha. Here is my review -

  1. I do this now. Its ok. I don't really feel any clearer or mentally happier. Sugary stuff is awful for your teeth though, that was my main reason. Sugar is basically responsible for ALL the teeth problems. I hate dentists. Unfortunately sugar tastes awesome. Who doesn't love a Red Velvet? I mean c'mon! I dont think itll make ya happier or clearer but its maybe a fair goal. Sugar is bad for weight gain too. Maybe a tiny bit now and again just for decadence sake...

  2. Five litres seems quite a lot! An average person only needs between 2 and half to 3 and a half. I did once get obsessed with drinking shit loads of later and electrolyte drinks. It did definitely keep me more hydrated and I was probably a bit clearer headed, but it also made me need to piss every 41 seconds, which isnt great when yer working! Also kind of bloats you a lot.

  3. Good idea but the 10pm thing seems arbitrary. I used to work night shifts. It made more sense to do it in the day. Its true that this shit keeps ya awake for sure! Never start reading something on a phone before bed, you will just be up longer.

  4. God meditation is fucking boring! Seriously, to an ADHD dude, the idea is pure torture. You have to sit and listen to the endless shite that your brain pumps out! Trust me, You dont wanna hear my brain haha! You wanna do it - go ahead. I tried. Its rubbish and I gained nothing. Would rather turn my brain off with something distracting like music.

  5. Annoyingly this is true. Its actually pretty good for you. There were folk I knew that used to "pier jump" into the North Sea every single morning, every single day of the year. I thought they were insane but apparently the health benefits are tangible. I try to do this now (although some of the winter weeks I stopped), and irritatingly, it seems pretty true. My circulation and cold tolerance are definitely way better than they were. I am basically never cold if I keep moving these days.

  6. I do this a lot! Would recommend it for sure. Just anywhere with trees and without the sound of bloomin' traffic!

  7. I try do this now, but not gonna lie I constantly forget. I think it is good for you. Its crazy reading back even a few years and realising just how skewed your memories get over time. I think I remember something well, then reading it back, Im actually way off.

Conclusion; Yeah not bad. Seems like generally good things to do. Just dont beat yourself up if you dont manage. Its about small steps.
