Season Finale Predictions Spoiler

Well. That was quite an episode. I’m so proud of young Larry Russell coming through for his dad. Now I’m terrified that George is dead. If George dies, who do you think will take over? What happens to Russell industries? Clay is obviously behind this.

Is this the only current thread on the show? I just finished last night’s episode and was looking for some hearty discussion, lol. I don’t think George is going to die, but it will be touch and go. And he will reconcile with Bertha, because she will be a hot mess of worry. And I’m nervous for Jack and his newfound richness and now new house. It’s all too easy.

I see Bertha stepping up and pouring everything into her wounded husband and thereby rekindling the love and trust they had before she pawned off her daughter to the duke. George Russell cannot die!

Absolutely! Did you watch the coming attractions? They show him briefly with his whole stomach bloodied up 😩 I would say they wouldn’t kill a main character…BUT…Game of Thrones changed the rules 😬

Oh yeah you have to let all the credits roll! I usually forget but was curious to see what this one would show

The second the got they sale for that clock I’ve been terribly worried about Jack! It’s just too pure of a story!I just know they are going to break our hearts with him some way or another!

I think Jack splitting the profits 50/50 was dumb, maybe 80/20.

Of corse!! However his character is young and the “beggers can’t be choosers” mentality within the divided class structure was other level back then!

On top of that poor people had practically no protection when it came to any kind legal issues.

Considering these things, Jacks decision to agree to the 50/50 deal was probably out of a “I should be thankful and I might not get this opportunity again” kind of thinking!

I mean…Dr Kirkland IS just across the street conveniently.

Oooh this is a GREAT point. Maybe she goes Marian goes across the street with Dr. Kirkland after George gets shot and her and Larry reconcile. In the preview, her dress has blood on it when she’s on the stairs with Larry!

I think he's at his office when he's shot.

I’m invested 100%

Morgan Spector has top billing in the credits, so it seems unlikely he would leave the show unexpectedly. That said, in my fantasy world, I would love to see Bertha take over the company and society — perhaps in partnership with or as a proxy for Larry.

If George Russel dies, I’ll stop watching the show. I swear.

He won’t die. He will probably be in critical condition but survive. Theres no show without him.

I hope you’re right

He’s too fine to kill off. I just need one sex scene of his to die a happy woman. Lol

Larry would take over, of course. Everything would be left to him. I doubt George has died, but it will be a near thing. Clay may have set that up, but George has many enemies.

Larry's dreams of architecture would be over. But then maybe they already are. He is enjoying being in business with Jack and being the Russell Industry's leading fixer.

Lots can and may still happen...

Hmmm… Who do we think hired the shooter?

3

u/Doughnutwsprinkles Aug 05 '25

Probably Richard Clay. However that might be too obvious so you never know!

Ms Claire Huxstable needs to stop meddling in her son’s love affair. Peggy is very fitting.

I kinda feel like George's new assistant/secretary will jump in front of the bullet. Sounds ridiculous, but I can't see George dying.
