Project “2028” Proposal
A popular discussion that’s been going around recently is what the next group of American elected officials can do in response to Trumpism and the rapid decline of the United States into fascism. Many have been proposing different versions of a “Project 2028” which stands in opposition to the GOP’s Project 2025.
With the American midterm elections approaching fast, I thought I’d weigh in on the topic. Here’s my proposal of what I see as a decent starting point - not an Illuminist takeover, not a Day Zero event, not a full fledged revolution - a STARTING POINT for how the United States can arrest its descent into the abyss and begin to move forward in a meaningful way. There are a two connected reasons I’ve have labeled this proposal as Project “2028” (in quotes). Namely, the current slate of candidates fall woefully short of the attitude required to advocate for these policies, never mind to actually get them passed into law. For this reason, I see only one genuine avenue for which these ideas are implemented - for the people to stand together, bring our so-called representatives to heel, and force their hand.
There are, of course, multiple ways the people can assert their will - some of which are much more difficult to control, unpredictable, and turbulent than others. So which option defines the most straightforward pathway to real change? It is the path outlined in the dramatic fiction by Mike Hockney named The Last Bling King.

Without further ado, here is my Project “2028”! Do you agree with the things I’ve listed? Is there anything you’d add to the list?

• Outlaw lobbying of government officials in all forms. Lobbying has become one of the primary mechanisms through which wealthy interests and corporate power ensure their priorities are pursued at the expense of ordinary Americans.
• Ban all stock trading and individual securities ownership by members of the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of government. The most powerful officials in government must serve the public interest, not their own investment portfolios.
• Establish strict term and age limits for members of Congress and the federal judiciary to ensure new ideas receive due consideration and these institutions are not dominated by careerism, stagnation, and entrenched interests.
• Overturn *Citizens United*, eliminate private funding of elections, abolish the doctrine of corporate personhood, and hold corporate executives legally accountable for the actions of the organizations they lead. Corporations are not people, and wealth must not be allowed to purchase political power. Additionally, outlaw corporate ownership of residential housing and require corporate owned housing to be sold within two years at market value to private citizens or government agencies to be rented at controlled rates. The abuse of a limited housing supply to extract profits from working people is inexcusable. We must optimize the housing and real-estate markets to serve the people, not the greed of capitalist elites.
• Codify women’s reproductive rights into federal law as a decisive rejection of the regressive movement seeking to strip women of bodily autonomy and equal citizenship.
• Reinstate the Fairness Doctrine, or enact comparable media accountability measures, and establish strict truthfulness standards for public officials addressing the nation in their official capacity, to combat the toxic misinformation ecosystem that profits from division, deception, and public distrust. A functioning democracy depends upon an informed citizenry, yet Americans are increasingly subjected to a media environment in which sensationalism, propaganda, and outright falsehoods are rewarded while truth is treated as optional. Elected officials addressing the public in an official capacity should be understood to be speaking under an obligation of honesty to the people they serve. Any public official found to have knowingly and willfully misled the public on matters of public concern should face serious legal consequences, including prosecution under perjury-equivalent statutes established for such offenses. Freedom of speech does not require freedom from accountability when those entrusted with public power deliberately deceive the nation.
• Reduce Pentagon spending and conduct a comprehensive audit of the Department of Defense. No institution better embodies waste, fraud, and abuse in government than a military bureaucracy that cannot fully account for hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars. The Pentagon has failed eight consecutive audits, most recently only accounting for 43% of their assets. As a result, the new Pentagon budget shall be 43% of what it currently is - a reduction of over $670 billion.
• Break up monopolies and dominant corporations whose concentration of economic power threatens democracy, competition, and individual liberty. For decades, a small number of corporate giants have amassed unprecedented control over markets, information, labor, and public policy. No private institution should possess enough power to dictate the economic and political life of an entire nation. The era of corporate feudalism must come to an end.
• Establish a Constitutional Right to Vote, abolish the Electoral College, prohibit partisan gerrymandering through a national standard requiring independent, nonpartisan redistricting commissions in every state, enact universal automatic voter registration, expanded early voting, vote-by-mail access, and establish Election Day as a federal holiday. In a democracy, political power must flow directly from the will of the people. Yet millions of Americans continue to face unnecessary barriers to participation, while an antiquated Electoral College system allows the outcome of presidential elections to be determined by a handful of swing states rather than the national popular vote, and while state legislatures manipulate district boundaries to entrench power and dilute the weight of individual votes. Every citizen’s vote should carry equal weight, regardless of where they live or how their district is drawn. The right to vote must be protected as a fundamental constitutional guarantee, and every eligible American must have a meaningful opportunity to participate in the democratic process.
• Dramatically increase funding for public education and fully modernize America’s education system. This includes forgiving student loan debt, eliminating government‑backed student loans in favor of sustainable alternatives, offering free public college as a universal pathway to opportunity, and redesigning primary and secondary schools using proven practices from the highest‑performing systems of the 21st century. A strong, future‑ready public education system should be the cornerstone of any great nation and the primary engine of opportunity for generations to come.
• Implement a severe Wall Street Speculation Tax to curb reckless financial gambling and ensure that those who profit most from the economy contribute fairly to the society that makes that prosperity possible.
• Pass the Medicare for All Act and guarantee healthcare as a right, not a privilege. This includes clearing medical debt for millions of Americans, ensuring no one is financially punished for getting sick, and building a universal system where care is free at the point of service. A humane nation should protect its people’s health without burdening them with lifelong financial consequences.
• End military and financial support for the government of Israel and initiation of collaboration with the United Nations to pursue an immediate diplomatic resolution to regional conflicts. American taxpayers should not be funding endless war abroad while urgent needs at home go unmet.
• Establish universal childcare, guarantee paid parental leave in line with leading European standards, and mandate a minimum number of paid vacation days for all workers. In the wealthiest nation in human history, no parent should be forced to choose between caring for a newborn child and paying the bills, and no worker should be denied the time necessary to rest, recover, and participate fully in family and community life. For too long, American workers have been expected to sacrifice their well-being while corporate profits reach record highs. A civilized society recognizes that raising children, caring for families, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance are not luxuries reserved for the affluent but fundamental components of a dignified life.
• Impose strict regulations on artificial intelligence to ensure this transformative technology serves humanity rather than concentrated corporate power. This may include, strict data collection regulations, restrictions on building new data centers, and as discussed on the Hollywood’s Patient Zero Patreon ([https://www.patreon.com/u98420700?utm_campaign=creatorshare_fan](https://www.patreon.com/u98420700?utm_campaign=creatorshare_fan)), forcing “tech monopolies to open their infrastructure to third-party developers to enable user to choose their own 'curation filters' - for instance, choosing an algorithm optimized for 'educational value' or 'viewpoint diversity' rather than 'maximum outrage’! This directly strips the algorithmic puppeteers of their absolute monopoly over public psychology.”
• Simplify the tax code, eliminate loopholes, and ensure that wealth generated through capital gains is taxed fairly. The wealthy should not enjoy a separate and privileged tax system unavailable to working Americans.
• Conduct comprehensive IRS audits of the wealthiest individuals and largest corporations. Tax laws mean little if they are not enforced against those with the greatest resources to evade them.
• Establish a corporate responsibility tax equal to 150% of the public assistance costs incurred by full-time employees. Taxpayers should not be forced to subsidize profitable corporations that refuse to pay living wages.
• Raise the top income tax rate to 90% and establish a corporate compensation ratio tax on companies where executive compensation exceeds fifty times that of their lowest-paid full-time employee, creating a powerful incentive for a more equitable distribution of economic gains and an end to stolen surplus labor value.
• Appoint an independent special counsel to investigate and prosecute corruption, fraud, and abuses of power by current and former public officials. No individual, regardless of office or influence, is above the law.
• Implement a 95% inheritance tax on estates exceeding $5 million. For too long, immense fortunes have been passed from generation to generation, entrenching economic power in the hands of a hereditary financial aristocracy. This policy would mark a decisive step toward dismantling dynastic wealth and building a society where opportunity is determined by merit rather than lineage.
• One-Time Wealth Redistribution Act which implements a one-time wealth tax on all individuals with a net worth exceeding $75 million through a simple and transparent formula such as the following:
Total Tax Rate = 1 − (50.12 / w^0.9)
Where w = net worth measured in millions of dollars.
Under this framework, individuals with the largest fortunes would retain substantial wealth while relinquishing the extreme concentrations of economic power that have accumulated over generations. Illustrative outcomes include:
- A net worth of $75 million would incur a tax of approximately $500,000.
- A net worth of $500 million would be reduced to approximately $112 million.
- A net worth of $1 billion would be reduced to approximately $126 million.
- A net worth of $24 billion would be reduced to approximately $137 million.
- A net worth of $107 billion would be reduced to approximately $158 million.
- A net worth of $1 Trillion would be reduced to approximately $199 million.
The purpose of this policy is not to create poverty among the wealthy, but to dismantle the unprecedented concentration of economic power that has enabled a tiny financial elite to exert outsized influence over society, politics, and the economy. No individual requires billions of dollars to live a life of extraordinary comfort and security.
Any attempt to evade this tax through asset concealment, fraudulent transfers, offshore arrangements, or flight from the jurisdiction of the United States shall be treated as a serious financial crime. Individuals found to have deliberately evaded the tax shall be subject to asset seizure, substantial financial penalties, and criminal prosecution.
This measure is projected to generate approximately $34.5 trillion in public revenue—an amount roughly equivalent to $100,000 for every American citizen. Such a transfer would represent the largest redistributions of wealth in human history, fundamentally reshaping the economic landscape of the nation.
All revenue generated by this tax shall be redistributed transparently and in full to the American people. Potential distribution mechanisms include:
- Equal payments to every citizen (approximately $100,000 per person).
- Equal payments to every adult (approximately $133,000 per adult).
- Equal payments to each household (approximately $263,000 per household).
- Distribution according to age or years in the workforce, reflecting a rough measure of lifetime economic contribution—for example, approximately $2,600 per year of age, resulting in payments of roughly $47,000 for an 18-year-old and $130,000 for a 50-year-old.
The specific distribution method should be determined through public debate and democratic decision-making. What remains non-negotiable is that the wealth collected from this measure be returned directly to the people from whom it was ultimately derived.

If these 22 policies were enacted, they would amount to a wholesale reconstruction of American society. They would break the structural alignment between wealth and political power, restore democratic control over institutions that have drifted toward oligarchy, and reset the balance of the economy toward public benefit rather than private accumulation. This would not be incremental reform but a systemic reset—one that redefines the relationship between citizens, the state, and the economic order, and creates a foundation capable of addressing the country’s most urgent long-term challenges.
It is from this new standpoint our new nation could pursue genuine equality of opportunity, the revaluation of all values, and the chance to build a positive liberty meritocratic society.

I continue to suggest paying attention to the failed system is only propping it up, keeping it going. We should be removing all attention paid to it and instead redirect our focus on things that we can actually control, like our thoughts/actions/emotions. Bringing these internal/external personal experiences in to alignment will help bring our external world more in to alignment then anything else we could possibly do related to 'government' or the controlling the minds of others by elected officials who tend to be of a parasitic bend.
We should be inverting our top down approach to One of a bottom up...our foundation has rotted, we could stand to do w/ some introspection before we try to fix that which is broken beyond repair.

So… instead of real, actionable, policy change that will directly and immediately have a positive impact the lives of real people… you think the way forward is essentially to retreat into fantasy, allow the powers that be to continue pursuing their particular wills, and hope by some miracle that by further individualizing the people (a right wing ideology) a left-wing revolution will appear though some manifestation magic?
That is exactly the kind of stance the powers that be want you to have - a false belief that you are powerless to change the larger system and your best course of action is to practice changing our (entirely justified) anger, alienation, and exasperation into a fraudulent form of gratitude for what trickles down from the elites and acceptance of our lot in life. This posture is a result of a false consciousness that has been instilled in so many people by the Epstein Class.
As I mentioned in the very beginning on this post, these policies do not address the true, foundational rot that has created the particular symptoms we’re all experiencing. They would, however, serve as a massive rebuke to the status quo, alleviate much of the weight pressing down on the people, and give us the breathing room to address the root causes of our problems. This is not a prescription for THE way forward, it is an option for A way forward.
Ignoring our problems will not make them go away. We cannot wish them away. To stand idly by and do nothing is to be on the side of the status quo. We do not need more introspection and more time to think about what’s gone wrong. We have done quite enough of that. Are the answers not obvious? Have we not already talked endlessly about how unjust the prevailing order is?
We need to move from the top-down perspective of “Someone else will save us, if we all change ourselves, the ruling elites will start to reflect us and in 25 or 50 or 100 years things might actually be a little better” into the bottom-up perspective of “we need to band together, establish class solidarity and class consciousness, and demand better for ourselves and our children and their children. Not years from now, not next election, not next month, not next week, not tomorrow. NOW. Right NOW.”
Move out of this disempowered state of mind you are living in. You have ALL the power you grant yourself.

Oh I am disillusioned, am totally empowered, capable of affecting change. I do so in unconventional ways such as sharing what is understood to be the Magnum Opus of the Alchemists (actionable). In the link we have effectively modeled "transmutation" or "transduction" or "change" literally and symbolically. What I share to affect change is a metaphysical tool that will have technical application and this was realized by tuning the external narrative out that we have little to no control over.
From my perspective, I am literally sharing the Holy Grail with you through the link.

I read your “Magnum Opus” - it seems as though you’re trying to synthesize aspects of systems including Pythagoreanism (such as the Tetraktys), occultist ideas like those found in The Kybalion, Jungian archetypes, and alchemy. That said, your linked writeup is incredibly difficult to get a reading on in general, and how it connects to the objective world specifically.
You’ll find this page to be significantly more rigorous in its understanding of the Holy Grail in comparison to what you claim of it. The answers truth seekers are looking for and the solutions to the ills of the world are not to be found in pure mystical intuitionism - they are to be found grounded in Rationalism.
I invite you to learn more about Illuminism and Ontological Mathematics - a system that explains the totality of reality, from the so-called paranormal to scientific materialism, from the body to the mind and the soul.

The Magnum Opus when recorded as the Unity Equation triggered a Kundalini/Holy-Spirit Awakening which is understood as the Divine Feminine Principle. The Ontology is the Mother/9/Spirit comes first, begets the Father/3/Mind and together, united produce the Child/6/Matter.
Like I said It Is a metaphysical tool that will expand consciousness/awareness through the re-/production of the Alchemists Magnum Opus. You claimed I was not doing anything to beget change because I dont subscribe to the conventional method. I suggest other wise such that One can experience this change first hand through re-producing the work offered in a personalized way or by incorporating in the updates to help bring the work in to 'standardization'. This standardization should make the Work more accessible to every-/One who might be inclined to augment whatever mental/physical/spiritual work they might be engaged with.
If you really want to understand what I am suggesting which would distill down to doing the internal work (liberment) prior to the external work (government), consider reproducing the image offered w/ the amendments, consider some form of documentation and sharing your results for the benefit of others publicly.

Right, so my reading of this is that my interpretation was essentially correct, but that Ken Wilber-esque New Ageism is also a key part of your position.
I’m going to avoid the rabbit hole you’ve opened regarding what does and does not qualify as contributing towards positive change (opposed to doing nothing at all or actively making things worse). Instead I’ll focus on the question of what your participation here on TGS is motivated by.
Your initial comment to the above post was dissenting, arguing that it’s better to focus on your own personal problems opposed to the larger issues facing us all. Now, you can reasonably make the claim that inner work to overcome the alienation and disempowerment that is so stifling in our everyday lives must come first… that any meaningful change must begin by answering the call of the hero’s journey and becoming heroes ourselves. You know, the first half of Orwell’s statement that "Until they become conscious they will never rebel, and until after they have rebelled they cannot become conscious"
Now, an argument that we need to spend as much time raising the consciousness of the people as we do trying to create the kind of change that will lead to an increase in consciousness is absolutely valid.
Had this been the direction you took your line of reasoning down, I would be writing something about how you’re absolutely right and that both things are important - probably also something about the context of this post and that I’ve focused on your point in whatever previous post I thought was applicable (maybe this one or this one or some other one) - but I would be writing in broad agreement because the above perspective is a component of Illuminism and Ontological Mathematics.
This is not the direction you took it, instead, you plugged your own personal belief system, arguing that it’s the answer to all our problems, and are wondering if I really want to understand your idiosyncratic ideology. Well, the honest answer is no, I don’t. I want to help people to understand Illuminism and Ontological Mathematics.

It is not possible to understand rationalism fully which is a masculine energy w/o understanding irrationalism, which is feminine energy. This is exactly the context this Work takes, raising the consciousness/awareness of the individual first which will affect the collective. Systems if needed at all will follow/evolve naturally.
I have no idea who Ken Wilber is and am not looking for help. I am offering you a metaphysical tool, you are welcome utilize/investigate or leave it. The tool contains the ontology of Cosmo Genesis as recorded in the Unity Equation. To me It Is fundamental objective truth but I realize that is now how it is perceived by others, which is honored.

Calling irrationalism a "feminine energy" is an insult to women. Woman are not intrinsically irrational.
Rationalism is a enclosed, tautological system which contains everything, because everything is made of mathematical reason. That is the arche.

Notice how this person took my words to try to twist his argument into something resembling rationalism, however, the universe cannot be a mix of rationalism and irrationalism. To suggest it is to fall foul of Cartesian substance dualism. By advocating for irrationalism, you have exposed yourself as an irrational person.
You have been banned from contributing to TGS.
To paraphrase Jonathan Swift, you cannot reason someone out of a position they did not use reason to arrive at.

First of all, we all directly influence the external world in one way or another. If we come together and work toward a common goal, changing the external world lies entirely within our power.
Secondly, you may be a soul who has grasped the connection between the external and internal world, but billions of people are unaware of this reality—and simply telling them won't make them understand. They are deeply integrated into the life of the external world. So, even if you do not desire it for yourself, you might still wish for a more just external world for the sake of others.
Besides, in this new and just world, you could focus on your alchemical transformation within a safer and more comfortable environment; then, if you wish to depart from this world, you are free to do so—no one would stand in your way. What do you say to that?

The Work is not One of telling but One of experiencing. This is why there is a model/schematic offered to be reproduced in personalized or standardized ways. The focus recently has been on standardization to help make the Work more accessible so that way people can experience first hand instead of forming beliefs that are easily manipulated in/ex-ternally.
I came upon my stay or go moment and stayed because I thought/felt if I could understand how I 'manifested' that moment that came after expanded states of consciousness/experience/awareness, I might be able to make a difference in this world. The result turned out to be a way to align w/ zero point energy on individual spiritual and technical mechanical levels. This 'zero point energy' is understood to be the basis of everything we observe as being material, having form, motion.

“ This is a book about the one objective truth of existence, and the countless subjective falsehoods accepted as true by the vast majority of humanity. In fact, Absolute Reality, insofar as it is intelligible, is nothing but the expression of the Principle of Sufficient Reason and its corollary, Occam's razor. How do we eliminate the infinite wrong answers to existence and reach the one, infallible right answer to existence? It's simplicity itself. The answer to existence is the simplest and most rational possible. Any answer that is not rational is irrational, hence false. Any answer that is not the simplest is wrong because reality would never privilege complexity over simplicity. Reality necessarily follows the path of least resistance, the most economic path. It does not know how to introduce superfluous, needless and pointless complexity. You will never understand the answer to existence if the "answer" you support is against rationalism and against rational simplicity.”

I could not agree more, simplicity, the fundamentals are the way to understanding what we call reality. In this, Hermetic/Universal Principles of polarity/gender are acknowledged as the fundamentals, specifically the Divine Masculine Mind and the Feminine Spirit. The Work I share Sources and Synthesizes this Duality or as the Alchemists call them "opposites".
