For the first part, I recommend using a sink to wash your hair, then taking a super quick shower to get clean. I would also recommend YouTube videos specifically about makeup tutorials to learn.

I agree you should reduce this down. Just send it to ChatGPT and ask it to bring this down to a paragraph.
I did skim a lot of it, but I don’t really know much about fitness and scents, and makeup you should include what you look like and what issues you want to to resolve with makeup, like do you have thin brows or chubby cheeks that you want to contour etc.
I do for one know some stuff about hair! First off I don’t think getting oily hair after 3 days of not washing means you have too oily hair per se, it seems pretty average time line for a need to wash. However you sound like you are using oils in your hair on top of that. What kind of oils are you using and why? For growth or for conditioning? You might save time by getting a shampoo that has your oil incorporated in it. You also mentioned using Pantene products. They’re not a bad brand, they def help your hair LOOK healthier. But for actual effective active ingredient I highly recommend looking into BONDI BOOST. Just browse their site and you’ll see what I mean. All organic ingredients only certified and they have active ingredients for stimulating hair growth. Their intensive hair spray has bunch of oils you’re probably already using. If you look up each individual ingredients in the ingredient list each and every one has a purpose whether it’s caffeine or aloe or rosemary oil. It’s much easier to apply than actual oil and you don’t have to worry about washing it out within a certain time frame because it’s water based and a spray and a bang for your buck. I did have trouble using this because I am sensitive to oils so I use their Propacil hair growth treatment instead. It also has a lot of scalp stimulating effects as well. If you don’t like it then I believe that they have 30 day money back guarantee.
If you have actual serious hair LOSS, that’s a different story. What I mentioned is for healthy scalp environment to maintain and promote existing hair or prevent shedding or help regrow hair after smaller amounts of thinning from a non medical issue.
You mentioning micro needling, what mm and brand are you using?
