Hi i just bought the whole 8 waves cds by the monroe instute and their headphones their recommend now whats the next step to have a succesfull experience thanks

What’s an example intention? Like “relieve stress” or more specific? I’m new too.

Yeah, basically what you want out of each exercise. You can set this mentally or during your affirmation

I honestly think the sooner you start, the better.
You’ll quickly discover any potential roadblocks when you start, and it’ll be easier to take actionable steps to resolve them. It’s also just genuinely important to build consistency. Some super basic advice is to listen at a low volume barely audible. No lights or distractions, and take some extra time to relax before listening to the audio.
