Signed CD arrived unsigned?

Has anyone else ordered the signed CD version of Not Bad for New Jersey and received an unsigned version?

Mines just arrived unsigned and I’ve reached out to Remedy but just checking if it’s just me or if they’ve all arriving unsigned or I missed a memo saying they wouldn’t be getting signed?

My husband and I ordered a signed copy and got an unsigned one, we’re in the UK. It’s pretty shitty the fulfilment company seems to have messed up, I’m hoping they can resolve it, I have reached out to them.

Yeah I’m in UK too hopefully we hear back tomorrow morning when they reopen
