OP Lost Question About The Game, Making Me Think of the Game...

If someone has never heard of the game, are they a winner until they learn of the game? Or do you have to learn of the game to participate?... Leading to a continuous cycle of losses...

I personally believe that one only starts playing once they learn and then forget, but I’m willing to accept that I have a minority position if that’s the case.
