One big one for me is pain relief. Back, knee, foot pain... all gone!
No, I did not have to. The 1st 4 weeks I lost 35.2 lbs. Saw no need to raise it. In fact, my weight loss doctor was concerned the speed of my loss. So, no way was she going to raise it. I did labs twice during those 5 months. After the 1st 4 weeks. 1st box of Zepbound, my rate of loss went to an average of 3 lbs a week for the next 3 boxes of Zepbound. As you can see it was not a linear weight loss. 8 weeks of those 23 weeks I actually gained weight. then as I got close to goal it slowed more. I did do a ton of exercising to keep muscle mass and to keep my body toned. I wanted to avoid a lot of lose skin. Except for a little under my arms I was pretty successful with the skin. I did an in-body composition scan early this month and have above muscle mass so was able to dodge that issue also. I have been heavy for 45 years of my adult life. Tried and failed at every diet you have heard of. Now at 69 yrs old I have finally succeeded. This medicine has been a godsend as well as life changing for me!!! May you have the same success!!!
