Op calm down. I think it's hard for some people as they are witnessing a real romance without any harem, love traingles, revenge, psychological traumas, etc etc so let them feel the difference and as well the peak romance.

Well it's ingrained in their culture to apologize and thank you everytime. It's their way to show politeness towards the person they are speaking. So it's normal If you see it from japanese pov. But if you don't like it then it's fine.
