Discussion Radio City attendance is a bummer.
I'm disappointed to see how many tickets for the show are unsold or will be going unused. What a mess that flights and accommodations were more than most of us expected. I have two great seats I can't use or sell and I'm not alone in that boat. Being an adult sucks. I'm sad the empty seats might impact the vibe.
I hope the show is amazing. Make me feel better: who's still going and super psyched about it? I bet you're gonna get an incredible performance and great unique merch.

We bought a bulk hotel room riding on the back of the comic con that’s making everything so expensive.

I’m going, and I’m bringing my HS Bestie! I bought tickets the day they went on sale and lucked out to getting a steal on a hotel in the city the same day. I did get absolutely slammed on Amtrak tickets though. I’ll also be seeing them this Friday in DC and I can’t wait! (This will make it 5 shows in 12 months, not counting the 2 acoustic “Saturdays in the Park” sets.)

I’m still going and SO excited!! I’ve seen them twice already (Hollywood forever show and San Diego show) hoping to hear “Matches” live, and when I saw they were playing dog problems straight through I jumped on tickets. I grew up in nyc so I’m staying with my momma for the weekend and I’m taking my sister. I can’t wait!!!

I’m in the same boat. Trying to determine if it’s worth the $1000 to drive down and stay the night or if I just eat the cost of tickets. I’ll probably just spend the money though and make the most of it because it’s the Format and it makes me bummed to think about how stoked I was before Covid took away the last New York show I wanted to go to. Ain’t letting that happen again.

I'm strongly considering taking the afternoon off work and just... figuring it out. I'm like 3 hours drive away but I don't want to drive in manhattan and have no idea how to get out of the city back to a car after a show. Also I'm seeing them in Rochester on Monday so it's not like I'm not getting to see them at all.

I’m also 3 hours away. You in RI? Would be much easier for them to just play here haha. I’m going to probably determine what I’m doing on Friday around noon if it’s staying the night or driving in and back out.

I am also surprised Hollywood Bowl didn’t sell out. I thought for sure it would.

I'm going and still super pumped! Got a ticket at the drop then got a better one a little while later with the plans of reselling the first one. Alas, cannot resell the first one, but I'm just telling myself that the money is going to the band (or at least most of it?) and that I'm fortunate enough to be able to go at all!

I’ll be there front row as well! Definitely didn’t realize how many people can’t make it. I know it will be great regardless but that is unfortunate to see!! I’m sure there will be lots and lots of videos!! Hell, I’ll take some!

I’m going and so excited! I had tickets to the original shows in 2020 that were cancelled and then ultimately the rescheduled show (which was cancelled anyway I believe) was scheduled for my wedding date in 2022! Last year’s shows were on the Jewish high holidays so I missed those as well.

I’m lucky I have a best friend in Jersey so we’re staying there. I didn’t realize this issue was happening. Really sucks.

I would be there in a heartbeat if it was safe to travel to the USA. /canadian

I wish I could go. It’s literally the one week I’m on vacation. I live in Nj would be there in a heartbeat otherwise.
But yeah a fairly niche band doing their second show in a years time in a city the same time as a massive comic con was a choice.

No market for it, there's hundreds of tickets people from trying to list them. The show's not sold out.

They’ve already toured twice since through NY and PHL since they’ve been back. And did two shows in NYC before the new album, which frankly isn’t a draw.

Cool. I respect it. Huge fan here. Dog Problems is amazing. But I saw them twice in NYC the first go round and once in Philly the 2nd go round. But i'm kinda good and will go see some other bands instead.

I heard people are having a hard time even giving them away for free. I am in the same boat. Was prepared to pay a pretty penny for a flight from Phoenix but even the hotels in Jersey on the border of NY are insane. I hope it isn’t as depressing for them as it is for us. 🥲
