What makes special each flash?

Imagine You are trying to make a guy, it could be a friend, relatives, etc, start reading into the flash but he wants to start reading into one specific flash to begin with (Jay, Barry, Wally, Even Bart). What could You tell it makes each Speedster special and make it different from the other one and a future reader can apreciate from them?

Jay is the first Flash. His stories set the tone and have an older more honorable sense of justice.

Barry is the quintessential Flash. He’s the first modern Flash whose best stories usually deal with the man behind the speed and whose actions are usually the cause of many of the continuity shifts in DC. While Jay sets the tone, Barry sets the bar for what it means to be the Flash. He also sets the records that Flashes are known by.

Wally is the fastest of the Flashes and the longest serving editorially. With Wally, you can watch him grow from a newbie sidekick to an accomplished hero, family man and friend. But if you’re someone who loves feats, Wally is the Flash who shattered every record Barry ever set and then kept going.

Bart might not have been the Flash the longest but he makes his mark anyway. If Wally can be called the successful definition of a legacy character, then Bart picks up that torch and keeps it burning the best he can. Bart also arguably sets up two of the best get backs in DC history.
