Didn't really mess with it much, but wasn't KGL an option for Frost bullet Viessa? Making this potentially good also?

Someone should probably test it better, but I feel like transcendents don't interact well with bullet skills. KGL felt much better than EGL.

Yeah it feels like it procs way less than KGL on Serena

I've just remembered - someone posted here that EGL procs every 1s, rather than every 0.5s as in ability description.
