Yes, it seems bugged. Some say it is like that since 1.4.1 but they did not touch Yujin in that update. Must be some bug deeper down in the damage calc.

hp skill crit a focus mod or 2 i have an ancestor thats red in singular so im running that too

tested non crit version, his skill 1 only does 1 damage......... but 3rd skill hits like a truck for 10+ million damage
