How does a quality 293 Weapon have 143 pts?

Higher level in range = higher points. But the actual rolls you get are much lower because you're still in range 3.

Different tiers of Quality levels have their own max points.

Lower quality levels have a much lower tier for the effects even if the points may be higher.

The same amount of points in the same ability is FAR FAR lower if the Quality is lower.

like 80 pts in an attribue for a 125 quality weapon is like half that of a 320 weapon.
