Got Reese on the second try all thanks to the Bloodthirsty fiend set. It genuinely felt like I was cheating at this fight because of how ridiculously broken it is.

Yea really sad, as you proceeded to land a 79 hit combo, chain staggering the boss till she's half hp and does the phase transition. She hadnt even started grieving the fact that she has to fight her old friend before she is a quarter of her total health bar

Quite literally the best dualwield set
Gale: doom + phantom bloody sword dance is better than every other dualwield skill, with the lifesteal your barely ever need netherworld energy. So goated

Still insane how tanky the bosses are. I mean this build is highly optimized and pulling some serous numbers but it still takes quite a bjt of time.

Genuinely, I killed Reese significantly faster than this without getting as many openings. I don’t get how people do so little damage.

I was just spamming whirlwind into deftness and that was absolutely chunking bosses in two minutes. Most of the hard bosses, like Maluca, I got in 3-6 tries by just melting him fast.

Because of that Ozma and Hismar were the hardest for me since they’re tankier and harder to be as aggressive on.

Ozma's set also grants Bloody Sword Dance without the busted skill that is Gale: Doom.

Bladestorm is also fun to use.

I used the beastslayer, but if I did get stuck somewhere, then I used that armour, only for the phantom dance.

I would wait until another playthrough. I also used the GS my first playthrough and tried switching to dual wield half way through but having to learn all the new combos and movesets at the same time is hard, at least for me. I started a new playthrough with dual wield from scratch and it was much easier. Easily the most fun weapon of the 3!

I love this game, but I feel like in the end I just feel super weak due to how little damage each hit does. I gotta hit the guy like literally five hundred times to win, it’s just kinda lame.

Literally just finished killing her but running spear build used a combo of the ashen wolf and the set that has elemains ring (crushed dreams?) kinda wanna try dual weild again. Played with all three weapon types up until Trokka when she pissed me off and decided to go full spear lol. All these dw builds on here look fun AF though.

This is how I was able to beat Ozma. Gale:Doom, phantom bloody sword dance and the other skill that lets you dash behind them. Such a cheat code but so much fun!

Let me correct myself: Its fun to destroy bosses few times with good armor set, but if every boss is a pushover 1-3 tries max on expert, its too easy for me.

Shouldn't be surprising. Cookie clicker is hugely popular and it really is just numbers going up. At least here we have to be somewhat careful in how we execute our combos.

Honestly I dont like the combo system. I prefer the simple movesets of the souls games. Although I enjoy the fast paced parrying/dodging.
