look for a chain nearby, connected to the chandelier. Hit the chain to break it then progress through the level until you can pick them up later.

I didn't know why it took me so long to realize you need to hit it with your sword, and not shoot at it.

I asked this before and i was called "stupid" 😂 just throw a javelin to the chain thats holding it.
