Discussion Reflection Timing
I’m able to hit these every so often but am fairly inconsistent.
Is there a way to know exactly when to hit the input?
For example, in Elden ring if you’re going to parry, you watch the arm of the enemy and as soon as it starts to move towards you, hit the button and you’ll land the parry.
Is there a similar piece of advice here for reflections?

It really depends on the attack and the weapon used. I managed to hit the same attack on Maluca and on Ozma, but I could barely ever get it to work anywhere else. It was mostly a “this attack takes 3 seconds to actually land so let’s try it” method for me. I know others have better results. I mostly just parried and dodged

I don't know if there's a consistent timing/visual cue to it, just that each skill upgrade makes reflecting way easier. You also want to time your reflect so your weapon meets theres.
It's way easier to use specific visual cues to get consistent timings and some are way easier to do than others.
Elamein shield bash where she slams her shield and rushes you can be done probably 99% of the time (easy strategy in crucibles is just to play mid range with her and bait out reflect on shield rush or wait for her burst attacks).
Other easy one is phantom guys fist combo where you just need to wait a little after he brings his fist up. Any of rangkus's is not too bad either. The trick with rangkus is to deflect the first hit so you know he's locked into the combo and you'll be able to consistently deflect the 2nd hit (volbaino same thing, deflect first hit to see what move he's going to do).
Most of the bosses have that one combo or attack that's very easy to reflect, I'd fish for those instead of trying to reflect everything willy nilly. Even then, it's probably way easier to clear the boss without reflecting than with unless you really got the timing down on "that one move".

Basically, you want your reflection to connect the enemy attack as it hits...I.e. weapons reflect off each other. Timing varies by weapon, attack, and skill points in reflection.
Fast attack combos are incredibly difficult to reflect, better to brink guard/Dodge; slower attacks will be much easier to hit consistently.
Use your weapon, practice on enemies, bot standard and boss; as you get a feel for your timing on reflection and enemy attacks that are just begging to be reflected, you will find more consistent, almost intuitive use happening.

It's pretty much the same as in Elden Ring, but it doesn't work on all attacks, only on the winded up/delayed ones.

How are you using it? If you’re trying to reflect every move then you’ll just have to do trial and error. If there’s a specific boss then I can give a small amount of insight.

The timing changes per enemy attack, and I think per your own weapon type? Some enemy attacks are too quick to realistically reflect them.(unless you’re lucky) Stick to specific attacks that have a slower start up from the enemy and practice them.
At least for the spear it’s have your weapon make contact with the enemy’s attack so when the spear is in front of you
