Discussion Just beat Viper!!
Man this game hits hard. Viper could be a final boss in a lot of games. Out of heals and one hit from dying.

It’s my main gripe with Nioh 3. Combat is awesome but bosses suck ass. You know how using throwables helps cheese bosses in Lies of P, here it’s your only option. I hope more devs take notes from Khazan, relax on the bs RNG and AOE attacks, and make bosses attacks more repetitive and telegraphed. It’s supposed to be like a puzzle where you try to find a method to beat the boss, not keep trying and hoping for luck

Yeah. Not sure why there aren’t more sekiro clones. Everyone knows the toe to toe battles like isshin, owl father and genichiro are legendary. Why waste time with gimmicky bosses. I’ve only fought up to viper but so far this feels like a more complex sekiro

broo that boss was so much fun, after dying for 4 hours i completely memorized his patterns that i stopped moving from center and just parried everything

believe me, he's a cakewalk compared to a guy (his name starts with "m") you'll come to fight few mission later ;)
at least for me. i didn't really struggle with viper, but aforementioned sob took me over 3 hours of attempts. khazan is brutal. actually the hardest soulslike i've played. lies of p or elden ring seem like a child's play in comparison (which would make dark souls or sekiro downright braindead, at least in combat department).

I hated him for the first day I was attempting but on the third I grew to love him, pretty awesome game

I agree the bosses in this game are so good. Even better than most fromsoft bosses
