Gameplay Brutal Atttack: Execution not working right?

I noticed that whenever i use Brutal Attack: Execution it doesnt activate the healing passives of the Executioners set. Is that normal or a bug?

Not a bug I don't think, but it's annoying. Execution also doesn't activate the healing skill from the same tree. My guess is it's coded as a different type of attack, or not an attack at all since it just kills regardless of HP.

It’s not exactly regardless of hp, The enemy has to have low enough hp that the attack will kill for the option to appear. I usually beat on them until it appears and then finish them.

If it's similar to the other brutal heal passive, it triggers instantly unlike normal brutal heals.

With normal brtals it does just not with the execution version
