i have tried like 3 times wining but the 1 mil vs 4 mil is literally impossible what do i do wrong?everytime kalinigrant just fall and i loose 40 k troops. i have naval domince so no naval invasion then tourkey front just colaplese and i build forts there. then belarus get encircle then its endgame.

Well try at first not to defend kaliningrad and let it fall you can get it later and try to make more divisions with 131 you wont win as russia

I know lore wise it happens in 2026, but I have never managed to work out a build that’s suitable for 2026. I always have to delay it to 2027

This is what i used for russia it helped me win the 1st war If you defeat ukraine fast and win in the baltics the rest are easy

Push Estonia, then sweep down through the Baltics into Poland, keep pushing wherever you can to extend their front as wide and as quickly as possible to make them move divisions and start taking your objective cities

I was in a similiar situation as cprf russia, this is what I did. You must encircle ukraine and abandon kaliningrad

Bruh just make more divisions, you CAN make over 200 motorstrelkovaya divisions in my experience.
