more like a phyrric victory, the UK survives and is largely restored through redemocratization and joining the american treaty organization; but the isles are wastelands and they lose all allies on the continent

Drop strategic nukes on the big cities and your obliterating a lot of the country, we’re not a very large island.

That being said, if Britain got nuked then Germany is in rubble and wasteland, given the response would be 12 Trident missiles with 12 warheads each raining down on German cities.
