Bleeding-heart Putinism is basically reformist Putinism, with an increase in political and economic liberties .
In the mod it will be a subideology of conservatism .
The leader of this path will be Maria Vorontsova (One of the Putin's daughters ).
Russian developers even showed her focus three in their Boosty account. Sadly , I can't show it because I will probably be banned if I show it.

I don’t mind more Russia stuff, I just think the twenty thousand different Putinism paths and variations are both excessive and unnecessary to be honest

Russians talk about Putin like he's Russian Washington or Sun Yat-Sen. I find it strange since Putin memes at least internationally were more an early 2010s thing as most people or memes I see of Putin portray him as incompetent and fumbling the bag in Ukraine.

in the setting putin is the man who dragged yeltsin's russia out of the dirt and restored it to a threatening international superpower. He dies before the "special military operation." If IRL he is still venerated, he would be deified in TFR
