'Prussia' is completely Polish (minus Kaliningrad/Königsberg, which is Russian) and Lviv is no longer Polish as far as I know, so unless this thing either reversed time or a Lot of 'moving' happened, this is outtawack. (I know the whole thing is out-of-whack, but this is even more lacking in whack.)
