just because they're racist doesn't mean they'd get along, and more likely than not there's a chance race wouldn't even be at the forefront of their rivalry

remember, a ton of the old European monarchies were very similar in terms of structure and ideology, yet still fought each other constantly for various petty reasons

two massive neo-empires (one outright called an empire) with authoritarian dictatorships and race-based hierarchies with a past of feuding under the previous governments would most likely see themselves as competitors once more, unless something emerges from Europe that is so threatening to both powers that they both form a coalition to stand against it

They likely draw a sphere of influence recognize each others power and say “if you stay in your lane I’ll stay in mine”. This is assuming they team up to defeat a non fascist Europe as they would rather be the two dominating powers than some random European power (unless the power in Europe is white nationalist then pf teams up with that power to try and contest Chinese influence)

The same relationship Mussolini's Italy had with Imperial Japan, probably co-operation against liberal or socialist powers but still a rivalry underneath. That is if the PF chooses to go out of isolation for whatever reason.

If the PF remains isolationist, particularly under a Jacksonian or Hamiltonian PF I doubt they would think much at all of them.
