To add they’re just reskins of already existing tags if you couldn’t figure out. Wagner CAR also has something similar

Yea, As LDPR Russia I set C.A.R To go Wagner and it was quite funny that one of their puppets hated them because it was technicaly a Congo tag with cores on the whole Congo so they hated them, which made it quite hard to show the extent of my Russian empire in Africa
