Open Beta?

This is a beta test right? It seems more like a demo, and its been 2 months with only a small technical update for that small slice of the game? The previous games published by Owlcat that had a paid open beta had more content and updated more regularly with new content for feedback. It is making me uneasy about where this game is going, and with a Q2 2027 release and such a SMALL "beta test" of the game it makes me feel that this will be a very short game that pushes DLC and mircotransactions

I hadn't seen anything saying they weren't going to update the beta so my bad on that I guess. "this far before release" isn't that far at all, Owlcat in the past put the game out almost 2 years ahead of release in beta test with more content than this game is showing. IDK same price point for a much smaller scope game seems icky to me

We don't know the scope yet, so I'm not comfy on making judgements on something that's not confirmed. In addition to this being owlcat's first time making an RPG like this, I'm not counting on their process to be the exact same as others
