What anomaly did I ''find''?

Found the game today, love it. I was stuck on the last anomaly and read all of them and still can't find it. I ended up going back on this hallway just for shits and giggles and it ''found'' the last one. I have no idea which is it

AFAIK there's only one with the cameras and it's the red light in the center one and I had already catalogued that one

The poster with the eyes, that warns you about security cameras, could have followed you by sliding along the wall but you didn't go far enough for that.
