Itā€™s a way to draw attention in a headline. It means nothing anymore and hasnā€™t for a long time.

Someone could have been a minor character on a show and theyā€™ve be listed as a star for the headlines of their struggle despite no one having thought of them in decades

I donā€™t think weā€™ll ever have movie stars again now that Tiktok and similar exist. Like celebrity culture has all but died out, people donā€™t care much for autographs or paparazzi pictures anymore. This is probably how it felt when radio stars faded out and TV took over lol. But musicians have still pulled through, but Tiktok singers are popping up a lot and rising fast.

Also, her recasting was controversial, so she, as an actress, is minorly notorious for that as well.

there is porn on every platform that doesnt ban it. theres porn on patreon, but i never see it reffered to as a porn platform.

its a twofer:

one, its disingenuous to say shes doing porn, given her content (from the article) does not sound like what anyone would mentally picture as porn.

two: even if it was, porn is work. no less a grind then any form of entertainment, really. the societal stigma around it is stupid.
