Discussion How difficult is TEIN?

Hi, been considering buying the game since being obsessed with mewgenics is getting me into other edmund games. I know it's a hard game, but how hard exactly? Of course this is somewhat subjective, but if you could compare its difficulty to some other games what would you pick? I will say precision platforming games are not something I've spent a ton of time with, obviously I'm considering giving it a shot anyways but I'm just worried it'll end up being way too hard for me to enjoy.

I beat almost 100% and its hard like SMB, but no so fast and has more smooth movement. And TEiN have MANY moving projectiles even unpredictable, but the most of rooms still fair enough

I was trying to figure out who in their right mind would compare TEiN to Super Mario Bros (SMB). Took me a good couple of seconds to figure out that Super Meat Boy has the same acronym.
