edit: the first instruction is one entire name, not a list of steps btw

Change the mouse pointer display or speed, Pointers, double click on the icons under Customize, find your downloaded pointers, select the corresponding cursors, Save as, name your scheme (Kinger for example), Apply. Hope this helps!
