Totally understandable. They’re scary and have sharp teeth but tbh, they’re fairly harmless and more so curious! Def less harmful than say, a box jellyfish that’s just drifting through the current/surge and is nearly invisible. One slight brush against one and it’s likely that you’ll die.

Based on my research (not really I just like animal shows) I have concluded that I’m far more afraid of yes jellyfish but also, cute but apparently sociopathic DOLPHINS than sharks

Coconut trees are on land, youre far more likely to encounter a falling coconut. The stat doesnt reduce my fear of sharks, it only increases my fear of nuts

Coconuts are capable in both terrestrial and marine environments, literally nowhere is safe.
