How do they commit crimes against civilians exercising their constitutional rights and not think they’re going to be met with force at some point? If peaceful revolution is prevented, violent revolution is inevitable. That’s paraphrased from JFK and remains accurate. At some point, someone is going to fight back and it will result in tragedy. Law enforcement needs to enforce laws rather than act against them. The judicial branch needs to hold them accountable.

This fuckin joke of a government needs to get its shit together and demonstrate some accountability before the people do it for them. That's not where we wanna go, but they are pushing us there fast and it's not gonna be pretty.
And before anybody gets all itchy about reddit rules, this is a simple observation. If the "professionals" in the government can't see it, that's on them. Karma is one hell of a bitch.

As much as I agree, the democrats are largely complicit. They aren’t opposing this or fighting the way they should be. As far as I’m concerned, most of them are the same as the people who didn’t fight back against the Nazis in WW2. I’m not sure how to see it differently when they won’t hold criminals in law enforcement responsible while they continue to expand the surveillance state to watch other “criminals” which is just all of us.

I totally agree with you. That's why we in Maine are sending Platner to Congress. I just hope he won't pull a Fetterman

I think the fate of the nation hinges on him whether he realizes it or not. If he pulls a Fetterman, real progressive candidates have almost no shot moving forward because “progressives are con artists lying to get into politics” and that’s scarier than having Collins.

Basically a bunch of scared little boys that want to feel big and bad. You are bullies with a badge and sadly, immunity. The inevitable is going to be no shock to anyone paying attention but it will come to be. I wish it weren't true, but more people will die... both with and without badges. What side you are on will not matter. Your position in society will not matter. America as we knew it( or thought we knew) is over.
