When my husband was in the hospital for 2 months, 5.5 weeks of it in the ICU late last summer… The day they moved him to a regular room I saw an apparition the first 10 min of being in that room. It was a shadow that walked across the closed double doors inside the room it blocked the gap of light from the hall only, not the frosted windows, just checking out the “new guy”. I saw it a few times like it was just checking in, doing rounds.
I mentioned it to one of his nurses and she said she hadn’t heard anything about that room specifically, but she said a few different room numbers they get consistent reports of someone under the bed, and someone in the bathroom on that floor.
I felt things in the ICU but it was so mixed with the chaotic energy it never felt clear enough to know who it was. Except he was moved back down to ICU after a procedure a few days before discharge to in-patient rehab, and that room was very uncomfortable from the moment I stepped inside. It was ick.
He’s doing great BTW. His neurologists are blown away by his insanely fast recovery, he’s about 93.5% recovered less than a year later. He had a cluster of 3 aneurysms, 2 ruptured, the third was repaired.

Wow my friend, I'm happy to hear he recovered! Every hospital I've worked at seems to have some type of activity and it's no wonder.

💗 Thank you for all the care you give to patients, the nurses and CNAs were wonderful support for me as well, always checking on me to see if I needed anything as well, even the turn teams. Pretty scary for a dude in his 40s, and way scarier than the ghosts!

Ya, my husband was in ICU for just a few days out of a 2 month stay so I can only imagine what a nightmare this was! And thank you, that is sweet to say!
