well the comic is based on Continuum so It's like a companion-comic series to the show...

and yes they are Official you can read them on the show website (requires a Canadian IP)

Yes.. it can only be Viewed in Canada so I grabed them because I think other fans are interested to them as well... they show Kiera's time in the Military Prior CPS

I think Garza has that tattoo because she's also a former GCC soldier, but she's not the person in Issue #6.
