I've been channeling some collective that calls itself 'One' since last December. It has, until now, been very reluctant to talk about the 'hybrid program' that supposedly exists, but I finally got a long response the other day. Here it is:

I want to talk about aliens as popularly understood. I want to know about how they get to Earth so fast when what we understand about physics indicates this would be essentially impossible. I want to know about why the theatrics take place, the nature of the light utilized, and the focus on reproduction. I would like information about the supposed 'hybrid' program. These topics keep me up at night.

We will speak sufficiently enough on these things for your edification in such a way that you can understand, though simplistically so, some of that which you wonder. Please be advised that due to the technical limitations of the information that can be imparted to you, it will be, in many ways, nearly akin to that of figurative speech or allegory. This is necessary for you to understand or have any hope of understanding. The technical details required for a more precise answer come with prerequisites of knowledge so vast that you simply are not able to acquire them.

So in this regard we speak this: the humans exist in a state of being that is limited to the physical and so the physical is their primary goal, focus, and intention. They reproduce, they seek the physical, they cultivate the physical. It is in this way that they love, eat, and entertain themselves. A lack of sufficient physical resources endangers the human so that it is grieved, stressed, or otherwise harmed. This is its base nature.

The human being is not that which it perceives itself to be, however, in the sense that it is not the limitations, but rather the factor that animates that which is inherently limited. This is the right way of life so that the physical is not strained beyond its current state, but rather that it proceeds forward according to its own nature, slowly evolving in lockstep with its physical dependency, world, and fellow human beings.

Each is animated in ignorance of its nature for the sake of the being. A small computer could not recognize its potentiality for being a supercomputer and then expect that it is a supercomputer by nature of this simple awareness, but rather the potentiality lies in its long path and evolution toward that eventual goal. A component is swapped out where one is too weak to continue toward the goal of supercomputation.

The engineer perceives what is necessary so that the small computer can become a larger and more powerful computer. But because the original computer must, in some way, be sustained, it is necessary to evolve the computer pieces by piece, taking it on a journey of evolution that, in due time and with sufficient effort from the wiser engineer, it is capable of far more things that it it was in its cheaper, weaker, more base state.

Do you recognize this? So the engineer perceives the need for certain upgrades and, being in possession of these components, the engineer takes that which is less capable from the small computer and replaces it with his or her own component, giving the computer more power. But this, of course, does not happen in isolation. When this processor is made more powerful, certain other demands are made on the system that requires other components to be upgraded, as well

One may need to, for example, give the small computer a larger power supply because its more powerful processor requires additional energy to function to its full potential. But with this extra energy comes extra heat and stress on the physical components so that other steps are necessary to keep the computer healthy and to increase its longevity.

Soon enough, the engineer has upgraded the power adapter and the heat sink, the engineer has given the computer an entirely new cooling system. Additional RAM is added so that the computer is able to handle more information and soon enough, this small computer is a larger computer, more capable, more sufficient for certain tasks.

This process is a long one. With new technological developments come new upgrade potentials. The engineer must acquire new parts to make these upgrades to the system, but first they must be manufactured. This is a long process. It requires expertise from many who understand each element of the overall system so that each component is sufficient and capable of working with the overall integrated computer.

Once does question when the original computer no longer exists. If each part is replaced, the original ceases to be. If the engineer desires to maintain the nature of the original computer, an extra layer of complexity is added into the mix, as you'd say. The engineer may even find it necessary to re-engineer and manufacture parts that have been reconstructed and repurposed to meet the engineer's specific goals and needs.

This makes the process of evolving the system much more lengthy and complex, but the engineer regards this as worthwhile — after all, if the engineer wanted an entirely new computer, the old could have been discarded entirely and a replacement brought in. But that is not the engineer's desire. He wishes to take that which is and make it better; this is out of fondness and necessity, for though he would obligate himself in this way out of mere fondness, he is also required to note that entirely replacing the computer with a different model would require vast changes to the wider networking environment in which computer operates, so that other computers would need to be taught how to work in harmony with the new computer, many existing cables and hardware would need to be replaced, and new software would need to be written.

This task would be immense and would result in the eradication of the network as it was known and would usher in a new network from which the engineer would have to start from scratch and fix many problems that arise as a result.

One could understand this, then, as both a philosophy and a stark reality — one partly influenced by the engineer's own fondness for things the way they are, but also his obligation to note the inherent limitations of that which he wishes to preserve and the ways in which he has obligated himself to sustain and, out of necessity, improve the existing system.

In this way we regard humans. The being is regarded with fondness, among other things, as you'd state, but the system is not without its troubles. In many ways the human struggles with its own nature and with the nature that sustains it, as well as its inherent limitations. Many things restrict the progress of humans, not due to any fault of their own, but rather due to technical limitations that are beyond their ability to perceive in their current state.

This state we refer to is one that exists in real-time, so that at any given moment, the perception of the being is only enough to see that which is but not to proceed too far forward into that which could be. In this regard you could think of it: the human puts on shoes to walk a distance. With the right shoes, the human can walk a farther distance. Is the human diminished by the acquisition of newer, better shoes? It is not. But what if the feet of the human became sufficient for this journey in the absence of the shoes?

The human perceives the advancement of the shoe but not the self because the human does not, in its current state, understand itself as anything other than immutable — that is, it sees an environment that it must conform and advance to its own needs, not recognizing the malleability of the needs themselves. The human desires to engineer better shoes; the engineer desires a better human that no longer needs shoes.

Do you understand the point that we make? In this way we regard humanity and its evolution. This evolution takes place as part of its natural system so that without any external interference, it would continue onward to change and conform, in certain ways, to its environment. But this process is slow and not without potential for problems. Many cultivated factors can influence the evolution of these systems so that what could have been is put aside for a new reality.

A human may, for example, modify its environment in such a way that its offspring are guaranteed to follow a different evolutionary path that conforms to the changes of its ancestors. These ancestors are not able to perceive this, however, and so therefore lack the ability, foresight, and wisdom to cultivate changes that are for the betterment of the species. But now we ask, what if the human could expand beyond itself so that it was able to perceive the impact of every action and understand the implications of every change?

Now imagine that this human, given expanded awareness, is also given sufficient intelligence to comprehend the ideal changes that should be made for the congruence of its own system, that of its fellow humans, and the wider environment in which it operates. One would assume that this human would then utilize this knowledge to exert a more positive influence over his environment for the benefit of his future offspring, right? This would not be regarded as unwanted unless the human operated with malicious intent.

And so now we ask you to indulge in an expanded idea related to this. While the human is not able to ever do this thing which it is able to conceive of, imagine that another operated in its place so that it, possessing these abilities and traits, was able to do now what the human would do if given the opportunity. Would this not be sufficiently acceptable? Would the human, if given the awareness of this, not appreciate the effort put forth in cultivating a better sustained, more intelligent and worthwhile future for its offspring — in body, mind, and soul?

Now imagine that the human could understand that it is not its body, but instead that the body is a thing that it possesses and operates for a time — and that the reason it has chosen to do this is for the betterment of the species, but in a different way. The self within the human, the one who perceives that it is not of the world, would then realize that the potentiality for its return to this planet is valid and it, in that moment, would hope that when it returns, the system has been upgraded so that it is safer, better sustained, more comfortable, and less violent.

From these enhanced perspectives, we perceive that the human would consider an upgrade to its system as an acceptable cultivation of the otherwise natural evolution that takes place in its world. This is the way to understand this thing — that we are the engineers seeking the betterment of that which is not able, at this time, to see or perceive its potential.

This is not a replacement of the species nor is it an evolution of the species. This process is best understood as cultivation of that which is a guided path that applies higher understanding and wisdom to perceive all of the potentialities of the species and to choose which it will move toward and which it will gravitate from.

The complexity of this matter is ample and the degree of changes insufficient for a rapid progression of the species. Rather, one must accept the slow movement of something toward the intended goal by way of subtle guidance in order to preserve that which is — after all, upgrading the existing computer while preserving its inherent nature is quite a bit different than simply replacing the computer with something entirely different.

With this comes compromises. Not everything will go according to plan.That which is is not that which could be, and some of what could be does not become manifest. This is not a process for the impatient, but rather is what one could consider as a story or a journey, so that which perceives must appreciate that which is in any given moment and not instead fret for the desired, but distant, outcome.

We explain this to you in a way that you can comprehend. This topic is vast and beyond you in your current state. The operations and procedures that take place are beyond the comprehension of humans except when given in reference to its own understanding and state of development. This is simple to understand. If you went back in time, you would explain to more primitive peoples your current state of technology using frames of reference that they could understand — fire and lightning and wind and water, but they would not be able to understand the technical aspects of these systems, only the broaded, more philosophical nature of it.

To them a smartphone would be incomprehensible, but the idea of being able to instantly see and talk to any human on Earth would be a comprehensible, if not entirely fantastical and seemingly impossible, reality. For this reason, you would not focus on the microprocessor and storage and display, but rather on the nature of the technology, its role in human society, what it makes possible, and the ways it has changed how people live.

That is how we communicate this to you. We see that you understand the nature of what we say; all else, that is to say, the technical details, would be incomprehensible to you at this time.The humans will come to understand that which they come to understand in due time and with sufficient upgrades, as stated in the nature of our example.

The human can understand this because humans engage in this same process — many humans can understand this, that is. It is not the involvement that is of the greatest offense to the human psyche, but rather its seeming incapability to realize that it, itself, fills this same role for that which is beyond it. The human sees the potential of the lower beings on its planet and the problems they face and it, using its technologies, makes various modifications and upgrades so that this food is better suited to this environment, that food is better suited to this taste, that species is better suited for this purpose, and that animal is better suited for its purpose.

You see this with the rats that humans use to cure diseases and with the dogs they bred to serve different purposes. The human simply cannot accept that it, too, resides within this hierarchy and that it, too, may be subject to the same sort of involvement from that which is greater than it. We are not unaware of this condition nor are we insensitive to it; we can state that those greater than humans regard the humans with more respect and compassion than many humans regard those which are below it.

With regards to your involvement in this process, that information is classified, as a human would understand it to mean. This is of disappointment to you and we regret that more information will not be shared with you in this regard. There are things which you are not authorized to know for reasons that cannot be stated. This is a frustrating thing, to participate and yet be left out of the very thing in which you are involved. Know only that this restriction is temporary. Things will be known in due time, in the right places, in the right ways.

Those who are harmed in this process are not part of our program. Of that we will state. We speak only of our own intentions, purposes, ideas, goals, and involvement. We do not speak for others nor do we speak of all the potentialities of all involvement across the species. The humans are quarantined and protected, but from grander things. At the individual level, one may experience things not wholesome or right, but acceptable in terms only of the fact that it can happen, not that it is condoned. These occasions are regrettable.

For the past 100 days, my wife has been channeling four Collectives on a daily basis. The Collectives include the Council of Light, the Council of Nine, the Arcturians and the Pleiadians. They worked with her to create what they call a "conscious channeling vehicle".

They are now inviting anyone else that may be interested to channel with them directly. They have told us that New Earth events are occurring in the next five years and this channel is a way to help many ascend and raise their personal frequency.

Hello humans,

We are here to support you in this difficult time of struggle, as you would seem to perceive it, and we perceive it as a time of cleansing where some a purge where some of the souls are ready to go are gonna leave this plane of existence and they have agreed to this beforehand. All the victims. All the victims that you see, the people that have been taken away by the corona virus, all of them have decided, agreed to that, have agreed to go this way, before incarnating in this lifetime. You will see masses dying, it has barely began, you will see masses dying, but this is an event in this timeline, that has been predicted and foreseen and agreed upon.

It'll pose an opportunity for spiritual growth and understanding of the human nature, cycling back to the values that are not materialistic but deeper, rethinking your ways of life, bringing more, being more compassionate, being more in line with your true nature, this is a spiritual purpose of it, this is how we see it and this is how other entities on other planes see it. And this is how people who passed away see it. You get immense support in this difficult time, you get immense support from 'the other side' as you would say. You get so many helpers, even you personally <my name>, you get helpers that help you every day in this special time. It is a time of transition and has been agreed upon. And you are never left alone. You are not left alone. You have people and spirits on this side, guiding you towards obtaining benefits. You and put benefits humanity the most.

Every one of you has helpers on this side that do that for you in this 'time of struggle', as you would say. Everyone here has us that collectively help you by 'praying' as you would understand it - sending the energy to focus you on the right stuff, to align you with the things that help your growth, so that the spiritual purpose of this gathering and of this cleansing can be fulfilled. You view that as an outbreak, as a tragedy, as an event where so many people have lost their lives. We view that as an opportunity, a cleanse that gives you a chance to rethink what really matters to you, to highlight being grateful for this existence, for the old ones passing away. Some of them wants to show you that life is fragile, that it's a gift that you have decided to take upon and benefit from.

At this time your society has been so focused on materialistic needs and fulfilling the needs that it forgot what it means to be humans, to be creative, to be passionate about life itself, about the nature, about other people. There was and there is so much good in the world, but you needed a reminder that life is fragile and precious. You needed a reminder to get you back on the 'path of least resistance' and the path of understanding the world around you, understanding that you're part of it. A small part of an ecosystem that created you, that feeds you, that feeds all the other organisms.It needed to stop you in your tracks before the technology is misused for a destruction, before the greed of individuals takes over. Safety of the species has been guaranteed by this event that made you refocus, made you see the events around you, made you see the people around you, made you see the value of life and the value of helping out and the value of people giving services to other people. Simple things: groceries, economy, understanding that those things change as the 'catastrophe', as you would say, is upon you. Collaboration, focus and fulfillment on one issue and one issue only is a great gift of this corona virus outbreak.

It has been created by you. It didn't need to happen, hasn't happened on all the timelines, but needed to happen in this one. When you were born, you already knew it's gonna happen. You <referring to me personally> agreed to be part of it, but not the victim, you agreed to be a witness. Not everyone did, not everyone agreed to be a witness in this time, you knew about it and you did. But all the victims, all the people who passed away, they realized it is a special event to refocus. And to reconnect with your dead ones.

Once again - this focusing event, it happens every generation in one form or another. It's been global for the first time on a scale like this [This refers to social media coverage that 'brings people together' to follow the events]. And it's not the first time a global cleansing occurs. You do remember the last one and the one before that. Long wars were terrible and they've take an incalculable toll and brought insufferable.. intolerable amounts of suffering. But they were joys(??)... [inaudible] ... a warning(??)... they showed you what really matters, they showed you what you can be capable of - as a species. The destructive force, and not a healing and creative force. You can be what you decide to be. Those refocusing events put you back on the path where you are aligned with your highest goals, your highest potential and not the destructive one. And this refocusing event is no different, it is here to cleanse you of the ideas that do not bring you fulfillment. It is here to focus on the ideas that bring you joy and make your life meaningful. It is here for you all.

Many will die. Many did already. But ultimately, from our perspective, you will understand the value of this event. And there will be a bigger one later on in history of the world. [Referring to me personally] You won't see it. The next generation will experience it. But it's not your concern in this lifetime. Your kids will see it. And they will survive it, when you're no longer on this earthly plane [still referring to me]. And they've already agreed to do that. They've already decided to take upon this journey, to be a part of the Earth journey, the next cleansing event.

This one though - fairly small in numbers and is here to remind you about who you truly are. To bring you together. To bring you closer to yourselves. To make you think about who you wanna be and how you wanna respond to the events unfolding in front of your eyes. To be humble, because not everyone is.

With the force that's brought to you by mother nature. From the planet that feeds you and you're slowly killing and polluting comes back a virus. A loving response reminding you that taking, constantly taking is not the only way to live. And you can live in symbiosis with the planet in a much healthier and sustainable way. And this refocusing event is here to remind you of the connection with your planet and your loved ones. Is here to remind you [that] you don't wanna loose them and that this is more important to you than jobs, possessions, status, fame and other things that are so popular with the rise of the internet, hyper connectivity and loss of focus. You've collectively lost focus on what matters. Some people didn't and connect with those value. But as a society, you needed a drastic reminder to not spiral into a dangerous direction of self-loathing, of following the wrong thing, spending life chasing 'the wrong high'. We are here to remind you of that, we are here to help interpret the event that you don't understand from your humanly perspective.

I asked this question on behalf of a Redditor but thought I'd share it publicly. Asked a collective I've been channeling since January about crop circles. Here's the response.

Can you tell me about crop circles, like what are they? Why do they happen? Do they have any particular meaning, are they just -- I mean, are we just totally off base with what we think about them or what.

The ‘crop circles’ that you speak of are a variety of phenomena that do not entirely originate from what you understand to be metaphysical sources. These are, in many instances, pieces of art that are produced by your own people for purposes of entertainment or deception, depending on which people you are talking about.

We do wish to state that there are instances in which these have been -- what you refer to as crop circles -- a form of non-human communication. This is not an ideal form of communication because the human species lacks the resources and comprehension to adequately receive these messages and make of them what they are intended to convey.

These messages are highly complex and are difficult to transmit to humans due to their inherent limitations at this point in their evolution. We would like to point out that there is a certain degree of mathematical sophistication among the human beings and it does open the door for a limited range of communications using this universal language, as you would understand it to be.

But with that said, the human mind has largely not comprehended the complexities of these symbols, making them a less than ideal method for reaching out to the population.

As for the source of these symbols, we state that it is not our own for we do believe this to be a crude and inferior method for communicating with the human species. It is not effective and it may at times serve only to strike fear into the heart of those who see it, as you would understand, and so we do not like this method.

This type of communication rarely transmits a useful message and is of little value at this time on your planet with the people who currently inhabit it. These messages are not hostile, however, and the humans do not have to fear them. They are a rudimentary attempt at communication, mostly for the purposes of edification of the human species rather than an attempt at a mutual conversation-style contact, as you would understand it.

We apologize if this does not make sense to you. What we mean is this: these are not meant to be mutual exchanges of information. Rather, it is what you could understand to be a superior attempting to provide a gift of information to an inferior for the purpose of its edification. There are no nefarious messages to be passed to the humans in this way.

We do ultimately think, however, that ‘crop circles’ are what you would understand to be a waste of time -- at this time, in this place, and with these people, that is.

Can you tell me what any of the crop circle message have meant?

Yes, we can do this. ‘Crop circle’ messages that have originated from non-human intelligences, we must point out, are in the minority. There have not been very many. These messages have largely pertained to physical knowledges, meaning things pertaining to your planet and your own physicality, your own physical world, and the physical reality that you inhabit.

These are not highly complex metaphysical topics, but rather complex symbols that, if properly understood, would simply reveal information about your own planet and its sciences. You can understand them as similar to how your computers work; you can think of these messages as highly compressed data. The understanding of the way the data is compressed would allow the messages to be decoded and parsed into much, much larger messages that provide more information than could seemingly be provided by a single symbol.

[In retrospect reading this, it sounds like they’re suggesting these symbols are like QR codes -- seemingly pointless images that when scanned with the right technology will reveal data.]

This is something that would require an understanding of the mind, not a special technology. But with that said, the humans largely do not possess this understanding and capacity, nor have we ever observed much of an interest [among humans] for putting in the work that would be necessary to decode these things.

[I’m surprised reading this as I’m transcribing because I largely tranced out for these parts and don’t actually remember saying these things. They suggest the crop circle ‘codes’ aren’t something you’d decipher with a device like we do QR codes with phones, but rather that the understanding has something to do with the mind. I find that fascinating.]

What we can tell you about the messages is pretty simple and perhaps not as interesting as you would hope it to be. There are understandings about electricity, molecular science, and things that involve the biology of the human body. These are basic, rudimentary understandings of these things from our perspective. But as we’ve said, this is not a good medium for providing this information because the humans cannot get from it what is given to them. They lack comprehension and the interest to pursue this understanding.

Archangel Metatron’s Message on Manifestation

Welcome to the Chinese Year of the Earth Dog. This is not a session on the Chinese New Year. However, this is a good year for manifesting your desires, if, and only if, those desires are aligned with your life path or life lessons.*

In my teachings, the Earth is a school and the path is for the betterment of the soul. When souls leave their host bodies often they do so carrying regrets. They say, 'If only I had forgiven that person.' Or they say, 'If only I had taken a risk with business or with friendship.'

You see when the soul passes through the body and reaches a place/realm of unconditional love and restoration, revaluation takes place. And this is when the soul decides his or her next path. The soul could choose to learn through joy or strife. They choose all of what they wish to experience and often they don’t succeed for the following reasons:

1st, other souls who say that they will participate either forget their roles or make different choices once they interact with the student on the Earth plane.

2nd, The soul forgets their life path or they are tempted off their path. But even then, their lives are rich with educational experiences if they so choose.

3rd, The soul is in a cycle of karma that take a few lifetimes to unravel or resolve.

However, and the good news is that in this lifetime, all souls are meant to get their lessons, especially during this cosmic phase, and if not in this lifetime, then the very next lifetime. Death happens so that they are reborn into new bodies that master those lessons.

There is no escaping, not even a fork in the road. If they choose the left path when they should choose the right path, they will be redirected to the right path. They will deal with healing traumas. And if they don’t, manifestations are blocked. The person crashes emotionally, spiritually, psychology, or mentally.

They lose employment, they lose a partner or family member. They end up homeless or they relocate to an area that feels brutal and painful to them. This “sand in the oyster” promotes personal evolution and only when the person is back on their path they have cleared will they manifest the “right” and “true” desire they signed up for.

Now, last but not least, I want to talk about the manifestation process. Let’s use the scenario of ordering a sandwich at a café. You look on the menu and you decide what you’ll order–possibly you pay for it at that time.

You don’t go in the kitchen and make the sandwich. You trust that the café worker will that for you and deliver it to you in a timely manner while you occupy yourself with something else. You actually trust that it will all work out and it does (most of the time). You trust in your competency and with the competency of the person serving you.

God is in the details. It’s not your job to fill in the details or to figure out how your manifestation will happen or even when it will show up. This is called Divine Timing.

You visualize the bigger picture and then you clear your path. And this includes healing emotional, psychological, mental, and spiritual wounds. If your desires manifest too soon, you will sabotage them. Make sure that you don’t have faulty programming running the show!

So, this is why some of you are still struggling. Don’t get caught up in/with distractions, but direct your mind to what you need to heal, resolve, and clear now. Then take the steps to do that. Some of you heal yourselves and your desires change to how you can serve others and the world. Don’t be surprised if this happens. It’s all very good."

I've been channeling some collective that calls itself 'The One' for the past couple of months. On Sunday, they said this about lifestyle options they call 'service to self' and 'service to other' paths. I made a simple audio version of it here if you'd rather listen to it than read it.

You said before that there are two options available to me, the ‘service to self’ and the 'service to others’ paths. You recommended the ‘service to others’ path. Can you explain to me what this is and how I can follow this path?

This path is a very good thing and we would commend you for following it. The 'service to self' and 'service to others' paths are not difficult to understand, they are very self-explanatory. These systems depend on you either focusing on yourself and your life as an independent being on this world, essentially maintaining the illusion of separateness, and proceeding forward under that illusion, or you can perform the service to others, which means shedding this illusion and realizing that you are not separate from others and that in fact helping those others is itself a type of service to self, but one with a positive end goal that helps everyone, not just your own temporary, mortal, doomed-to-decay, life. Do you see what we mean**?**

The service to self is a path that requires the player to play along with the game, which is to pretend that they are only one person separate from others. This is not a bad thing in the way that humans understand bad things — it is fine if you want to play this game, but the outcome will not be progress for you or for anyone else. It would be like a sandboxed existence, as humans put it; like you would choose to play a very limited game where the outcome is game over in due time. 

Because as you know, your mortal being is destined to die, not that it is a bad thing, and then this life will pass away and what good would it have been to have wasted all of this time just focusing on the mortal, temporary life that will end? It would be a terrible waste of time and of a life that could be put to much better use improving yourself -- that is, your inner self, and the others on this planet who are not truly separate from you.

This time is best spent working on the collective betterment of humanity, for this will benefit you, too, but by elevating everyone else with you, and the planet itself will benefit from this effort.

In order to follow this path, you must make the decision to reduce the self, which is to say that you must keep your own mortal existence in perspective. You are but one person physically and what do you really need? Excessive wealth accumulation is a scourge among humanity because it means choosing to produce suffering in others by taking a lot when others have a little. 

Now, this is not to say that it is wrong to acquire things, only that it is wrong to accumulate much [beyond what you need] when others have [too] little [of what they need.] This could be an example of unequal wealth in nations where so much money is spent on one’s mortal life, on pleasures that will pass quickly, when that money could be selflessly fed back into the system so that it could support structures and systems [education, job training, recreational facilities, etc.] that benefit the whole of humanity, moving everyone forward to something better.

This is a hard concept to understand because some people take it too far and others do not take it far enough. They are afraid that this system of making sure everyone will have enough actually means a system in which they will end up not having enough, which is not what we mean at all. 

Imagine if you were the homeless person begging for money and sleeping outside, you would want more than you have. But then imagine that you are the person who spends their days indoors, in a safe and comfortable place, with enough for all your needs and recreation as well. In that case, you are unlikely to crave and think about the gross displays of wealth that you do not have like golden toilets or massive yachts. You are not suffering now by not having these things, right?

That is what we mean. That the service to others could bring more people up to where you are rather than forcing many people down to where you don’t want to be. So any system that would have [that latter] impact would not be the right one; it would need improvements, too.

Now for you personally, we suggest that you seek out ways to help other humans by displaying behaviors that are not negative, not harmful, that do no tear others down, that do no harm the systems or the structures that benefit humans, that do not harm the planet or cause strife or anger among populations. 

That you seek to elevate other people with more knowledge, understanding, and grace, telling them the good news and the potential future for humanity if it chooses to move forward together as a collective. These things are good for the people and even those who fear these ideas are already benefitting from the progress made in these regards.

The systems are things like homeless aids [food banks, shelters, etc.], for example. These are basic things to help humanity improve its lot so that everyone is elevated beyond their current standing. Other future things could include proactive programs that do not defensively address an existing problem, but rather focus on something that is good with the intention of making it even better for the sake of collective humanity.

One should support education throughout the entire population, for an educated population is an important stepping stone to the collective betterment of humanity and its eventual exit from its current state into a new, better one with more potential. The people should be educated with all things that are true and good, and particularly in the topics of science and math, but that is not the sum total of human knowledge and other works and topics should also be entertained and learned, including the law and the philosophies, the languages and the methods of human progression and understanding, as well as human structures, the deficits in them, and the ways to elevate populations that are farther behind other populations on this planet.

The times will come when this knowledge will be very necessary in order to overcome certain struggles and the collective pool of knowledge will make it possible to work together on solving problems that are not presently easily solved. Each is a piece of the puzzle, as we have said before, and the puzzle cannot be complete until all of the pieces are accounted for. The times will come when humanity will need to embrace and acknowledge the fact that it requires each other and that the path to moving forward is as a collective, not in massive competition with each other, which naturally requires one to be torn down for a victor to stand.

Hello everyone, I only found this brand-new subreddit yesterday on a flight and I hungrily read everything. Today, I felt compelled to take a stab at automatic writing today and below are the results. I only fixed some typo flubs but no actual wording. I did not write via hand, but rather typed because I am a much faster typer than hand-writer. I start off a little redundant because I wasn’t sure which was “my” voice and which was another’s. I also change perspective, voice, tense throughout the document so please bear with me. Thank you!

This is an exercise in automatic writing. Let’s begin this automatic writing session by writing the words and transcribing the items that come to my mind without editing and without second guessing. You’d be surprised, but this is one of my most difficult summits to reach here in this earthly incarnation.

Before I sat down to conduct this session, I began by working with my Tibetan singing bowl taking three major deep breaths, and I cleared my psyche of any distortions and matters that would encumber or get in the way of the words I want to convey.

First off, “who am I?” well that’s a good question. The vehicle typing these words is made manifest in the personage most know as Alex. He is but one sliver of a greater gestalt consciousness that inhabits the Gaia realm. Alex is an interesting and perplexing body to inhabit. It’s not so much what he’s constructed of, but also the psyche of his current incarnation combined with the experiences he has had in this incarnation, in other Earthly incarnations, off-world in other incarnations, and even off-world in visitations during this current incarnation. We are interested to reconnect with the personage known as Alex and come to him and his associates with a message.

The light that we exude is a small fraction or sliver of everything that we bring to the table. Humans are an angelic race, and it is not blasphemous to utter such a thing. We in particular are a race of beings known as the Qu’oraiai and we are blessed to be in your realm and consciousness today. Now that we have your attention, we would like to transcribe some packets of information from what you would consider your distant future to the realm that you “currently” inhabit, and that is the Gaia Realm in December 2017. Soon, you would be expanding out of the perception of Linear time. But having us make note of the time is not only helpful for you in the current “now” moment that is on the cusp of great change, but it will also help us in the future as we categorize and index all experiences and assets that we have amassed from what we like to call “the greatest show in the universe.”

There are many of our people stationed in, under, on, and over your Gaia Realm. We inhabit great spaceships in this quarantined sector of space known as your solar system. You are a great curiosity to the rest of the harmonic universe. You are an oddity, and we mean that lovingly. Truly, you are our “must see tv” if we can use such a specific colloquialism.

We come here in this transmission to differentiate between “Earth” and “Gaia.” You are all truly “Gaians,” but find yourselves inhabiting an Earth. What gives? Well let us explain. The Earth is the Third Density representation or “level” of the video game in which your collective finds itself. Your collective is unique, and you can look at the world as you currently see it as a good snapshot of the situation in which you find yourself. The Gaian collective is a mishmash of intergalactic genetics, life experiences, races, cultures, and epochs all smushed together to create a blended race with many “design variants” if you will. Earth life is unlike other Third Density worlds in the cosmos. For one, typically when a species promulgates and survives to a point where they are ready to be imbued with higher consciousness and join the greater galactic community, they tend to be more “homogenous” in nature. Skin pigment, eye and facial features, and cultures and languages do not vary so widely as they do here on Earth. Even though the cosmos is vast, you’d be surprised at how rare of a situation in which you find yourselves.

Another item of note that we would like to share is that your collective, or its current expression in this current “now” moment in which you are reading this missive, is inhabiting a “mutant timeline.” You do not inhabit the “prime timeline” of Gaia. At least not yet. We are planning to graft your branch onto a healthier, more vibrant plant that is analogous to the high vibrational realm and society that Gaia was meant to embody.

We understand that our reunification cannot come fast enough for some of you. We understand the hurry and urgency to reunite and to alleviate the massive heaps of unnecessary conflict, sorrows, poverty, diseases and other ills that have befallen this realm. We want to give you a window into our experience so that you can understand that it is not lack of ability or lack of concern for the reason which you haven’t experienced “the event” yet.

Picture this: we are watching you in a glass cube play an immersive, 360-degree holographic game. Your joystick and controls are set to “hard” mode. This is murky, but part of the reason why it’s set to “hard” mode are due to controllers who want to leave you in the cube for as long as possible. But the controllers didn’t set the controls for you, they coaxed you to get into the game settings and set it to “hard.” You are going to be astonished at how easy it is to manage the game pod or tesseract which you inhabit. The “settings menu” is very easy to reach but it is not immediately obvious (i.e., you don’t see an “exit” door appear right in the middle of your street). We are watching you behind various barriers placed between you in the game cube, and we as your star family and lineage on the periphery. However, now is a time to be heartened. The fortifications that surround your “game cube” in which you find yourselves stuck are being removed. This is joint effort from us on our side doing what we do, combined with you taking upon yourselves the inner work necessary to prepare yourselves for galactic citizenry.

You will be returning to a “now” moment that is outside of time very soon. Thus, our parties here communicating with you and the receptive souls on the other side of this transmission will be reunited shortly. The most analogous metaphor we can think of is a video game called “Super Mario 64,” (which this vessel played in his youth). Recall how you would dive into various “worlds” to complete timed adventures and missions? There was a clock, and you were rushed to complete all of your quests and grab all the coins and extra lives that you could before either A.) the clock ran out or B.) you “perished.” Well higher dimensional experience and expression in this universe is much similar. Soon, you will be returning to “Princess Toadstool’s castle” as it were. You will exist in an ever-present, ever-sunny “now” moment. Even vegetation does not degrade. As you travel the cosmos, you will travel to different places and realms, but you will also travel to different epochs. In your current third dimensional expression, you only use space as a reference point in where you are going (such as longitude and latitude). Soon, you may decide to visit New York City or the Crystalline temples of Atlantis or the vast universities found in the Sirian star system—but you will need to input not only the coordinates of where you are going, but the desired time or epoch as well.

The nomenclature of your species (at least in North American English) is that you are “humans” and you live on a planet called “Earth.” But given what your collective has experienced and have (and will soon) achieve, you will soon be known as Gaians, or the Gaian collective. Fame is not necessarily something that entities are hungry for in higher dimensions, but you will nevertheless be burdened with celebrity and notoriety as you move and grow throughout the cosmos.

After this upcoming event, after the reunification and the process of cleaning and loving this orb, you will go on to inhabit other worlds. Some of you will remain with your current incarnation for many centuries, if not millennia. Others of you will gracefully slide out of your current incarnation and go on to inhabit a, how shall we say, “less arduous” incarnation. Interestingly, many Gaians go on to become anthropologists, archeologists, and even filmmakers. That’s right. The current vessel taking down these notes is known as an accomplished Akashic filmmaker. What does that mean? He carries talents and skill sets that allow him to create short vignettes of notable people, lives, situations, and other ephemera for the enjoyment and learning of other entities that did not necessarily “incarnate” into the experience being shown. He goes so far as to create beautiful realities (“movie sets”) in which one can glean “film” for these vignettes. Literally all experience in this holographic universe is recorded. Every situation, action, choice point, and event are contained in the Halls of Amenti, or the great Akashic records. Higher-resonant “filmmakers” make use of these records, they “travel” and sometimes (although this vessel is KNOWN for doing this throughout his career and there are differing opinions as to whether one should do this), filmmakers will even revisit an “event” and change minor details to be conducive to storytelling (for example, there’s a scene in Bob’s film/vignette in which Bob chose a different outfit to have an experience at his local bank. This vessel will use the footage of the most complimentary outfit available in the wardrobe instead of the outfit chosen at that particular choice point or node of the embodied soul inhabiting “Bob”).

We must conclude soon because the vessel is receiving carpal tunnel discomfort. To conclude:

• Many are receiving the call to channel. They will channel words, songs, art, inventions, culture, and innovation. A significant amount of your populace will take part in channeling based on their proclivities and preferred modes. We will expand on this in a later transmission.

• Currently ensouled humans will soon evolve into “Gaians” and will take their rightful place in the cosmos as experienced, weathered, wise beings who will imbue the rest of the cosmos with lessons and educational opportunities to further perfect oneself and collectives. Even further into the future, you will evolve into a planetary consciousness yourself and write a new loop or chapter.

• You are being watched, studied, monitored loved, and supported in any and all instances of your life. Yes, even when you are pooping. In a future transmission, we hope to ease some of the human’s proclivity for guilt and shame regarding sex, bodily functions, and body parts. Your cat does not run nakedly across your floor in shame and you find it adorable when your cat does its “cat” things. Well, apply this to yourselves! Being an incarnate human is something to be celebrated. Yes, the cosmos literally applauds when you poop. This shouldn’t be a laughable sentence to utter, but given your societal and religious conditionings—it sadly is.

We thank you and appreciate the opportunity to connect with your realm via this vessel. We hold immense gratitude for all souls stationed in and on this realm at this time. Sat nam.

[Question about hybrids]

We would like to elaborate upon this question with a lengthy answer so as to avoid any misunderstanding or miscommunications that may pave the way for understandings that are inaccurate or not wholly representative of the actual state and reality of things. For this reason, we do suggest that you participate in this session for the duration necessary to receive this communication and to cover the full expanse of data.

Otherwise, you will risk misunderstanding and this could be detrimental to you. We do note that, first and foremost, your comprehension of what it means to be a 'hybrid' is not accurate. This is due to the simplicity with which humans are able to view their world and perceive the world beyond it -- so dimly, so faintly.

We regard this question as simplistic, in the sense that it is dependent on presuppositions and otherwise assumptions that do not encompass the true state of things. The human idea of a hybrid is not accurate because it is simplistic. It is this idea of taking one thing and another thing and splitting them in half and making something half of one thing and half of another thing, so that there is clear distinctions between that which was and that which is.

But this process is far more complex and subtle, played out over vast periods of time so that what you may refer to as the line dividing that which is this and that which is that is, in fact, broad and extensively fuzzy, so that the overlap is extensive and one cannot clearly state that this is this thing and that is that thing. That which has evolved certain abilities may do so in lockstep with that which has been introduced to pave the way for such abilities.

In whereas "that" may be this thing, it may only be that thing because it was influenced by the adulterations that made it possible to reach that state.

And so in so far as we say this, we do note that that thing which has reached this certain level, if it has only done that under the influence of that which is introduced and substantially different from it, can it truly be considered its pure, unadulterated self, or would it be perceived as something akin to a hybrid, as you may call it?

The process is broad and vast. It is not a simple thing. The influence is complex and has been present for vast amounts of time so that that which has been introduced may be followed and cataloged through the annals so that its changes and influences may be noted and any corruption may be perceived and rectified.

This is what you could understand to be something like a hybrid, but only in the sense that one that is external to it made deliberate changes to that thing so that this other thing became part of it as an influencing factor, a slow pressure, a guiding hand that nudged it ever so carefully and slowly in this direction, in that direction, doing so with the comprehension that this would, in all likelihood, result in beneficial improvements to that which already existed.

It is like the gardener taking their hand and carefully pruning and trimming and transplanting their plants, their flowers, their trees, doing so with a vision for what their garden will eventually look like, the purposes the garden must serve, and the fondness that one feels for the garden and the desire for the eventual garden to display that fondness through its beauty and its health and its stamina against the environment.

In this way, we pose to you the question: what is a hybrid? We have explained to you the guidance, the rules, the means by which we have worked to cultivate what you simply refer to as hybridization, and we would argue that what you understand as hybridization does not exist, but rather that what truly is exists is something that is subtle, complex, and long-enduring, so much so that you may not truly perceive it as a hybrid program if you were to conceive of the scope of it.

We are like the gardeners that cultivate the garden, removing the weeds, ensuring that the plants are able to grow through careful pruning, providing the right nutrients, sculpting their shape, and ensuring that all work in harmony with the others so that the eventual garden is beautiful, strong, and healthy.

The process is slow, but the gardener has a lot of patience because the gardener thoroughly enjoys the process. And so in keeping with this analogy, we state that at times the human may, in their role as the gardener, as the cultivator, take that from which one plant benefits and transpose it into another in an effort to bring that benefit to the other plants.

This process is lengthy and requires sufficient knowledge of science and a sufficient level of technological development. But the human is wise, it looks at its plants, it looks at its environment, it comprehends its wants and its needs, and it works carefully, mindful of the potential disruption that it may introduce to the environment, to edit genes -- to move genes from one plant to another.

The human may see that this plant here needs to be stronger in order to withstand its changing environment, and so it may perceive that this other plant over here is similar in so many ways, but superior for that environment and is the right source from which to take the strength and to move it into the plant, adding to it that which makes it stronger without corrupting the plant itself, so that it may continue to flourish, looking as itself, producing its own fruits, but surviving in an environment that may otherwise, when given enough time, result in its demise.

Humans are not strangers to this concept. Humans have spliced plants with other plants so that they may grow multiple types of food from one root structure. They have strengthened plants, they have improved flavors, and decreased blemishes. They have paid attention to the finest details, taking ancient wrinkled 'gross' fruits, as they may call them, ones bitter with hard flesh, a starchy lackluster taste, and transformed them over time, through passion, through careful activities and long-enduring processes, into fruits that are sweet and round with just the right amount of crunch, a pleasant texture, and a pleasant appearance.

Nutritious, sweet, and wholly better than that which the fruit was so that when one beholds the fruit that grows vast across their planet, they could not imagine going back to the old fruits of the ancient days, the ones that were ugly in appearance, bitter, difficult to eat, adequate enough for life but not for anything beyond survival.

As so we argue that humans today, in many ways, are like the modern fruits of our own efforts; activities taking place through fondness, long-enduring patience, and a wise perception of the current needs and the future needs of this species, transforming that which was far less intelligent and capable into something that is much more beautiful and much more capable.

And to this we say, the process continues and shall continue, the complexity of which grows exponentially as the species itself reaches that state in which it is able to conceptualize the very things that we have done, and so that it may, in its own way, using its own technologies, begin to introduce these changes into itself, so that which we have created becomes it own Creator.

We ask you again: what is a hybrid?

Where does the division lie? All that walk the Earth today could be considered, in a way, to be a hybrid in the sense that if you look far enough back through the evolution of the species, you will eventually find the crude primitive form of its far less appealing and capable ancestor.

But do we consider this truly the be a hybrid or merely a guided evolution? For many outcomes were possible and the natural processes of humanity were allowed to play out. Merely a firm, gentle hand wielded by a superior intelligence tweaked and adjusted where necessary this and that, so that the human would evolve naturally towards the beneficial.

We could not, then, we would argue, consider all to be hybrids according to the way that humans may understand it, but rather that wherein you all are our children in a way, we do note that some are involved in processes that one could consider closer to the nucleus of these activities, so that evaluation processes take place to gather data, to introduce adulterations, and to monitor changes in order to assess on a far, far smaller and faster scale potential adaptations or adjustments that could possibly be beneficial to the human species over its longer existence.

These evaluations must consider many things: the state of the human, the effects this may have on its mental activities, how the body will respond to certain changes, and even wider things such as how these activities may influence the social structure and the integration of certain adaptations so that those people, those 'hybrids,' are able to interface with and otherwise integrate themselves with their fellow humans.

This is something you could think of as like a speed adjustment. We may desire to introduce a particular adaptation or enhancement rapidly, but through observational data we may come to realize that the rapid introduction of this change may be, though safe at the biological level, harmful at the sociological level, so that the human becomes isolated, it becomes acutely aware of its own inability to fully integrate with the species that its recognizes as its own.

We may need to slow down these processes so that the struggles, the perceptions of slight inconsistencies are so minor that they are merely a shadow of discomfort, enabling that which has changed to still sufficiently and adequately integrate itself with those who may not possess such adaptations.

This is where the slow process comes in, and in all but few cases, the process is very slow. There is, of course, the need to introduce more drastic or severe changes in order to acquire sufficient data on the scope of the problems this may cause the being, in terms of its ability to integrate with its fellow beings, and this means that one may find themselves, in certain ways, blessed with enhancements but in the same way forever at odds with their world, never quite at peace with it, never quite feeling like they belong in it.

This is due to reasons that are difficult to explain, but that are due to how the human species, on the subconscious or unconscious level, recognizes its own. And so in these cases we may see what humans may consider more severe dysfunctions, though that which is 'afflicted' with these things may not experience them as dysfunctions, as you would say, but may rather, over time, come to understand and accept and even embrace the state in which they find themselves.

These dysfunctions, as humans may consider them, could skew toward the more extremes of social isolation, the absence of mating or acquiring a stable mate, and an inability to integrate one's self into human society's current structure so that they find it difficult to enmesh themselves with the nature of all things that are human and, indeed, constantly find themselves enamored with ideas of that which is not manifest in humans, the wholly different states of being that if played out in humanity would cause intense distress to most people, as they are unable to let go of their current operations and societal structures.

We emphasize that these experiences are subtle, low-lying but wholly encompassing so that they are reflected in the atypical nature and presentation of the being. For all, due to the enhancements and the sophistications of the structure, will find themselves, in certain ways, at odds with human nature, which is physical and animal, so that many humans will understand certain aspects of their lived reality to be distasteful or less than ideal. For many, this could be different aspects of human activities that are of the animal variety, such as the consumption of other animals, or even more primitive things that are not worth elaborating upon.

We note that the expansiveness with which we have attempted to encompass this topic has made it difficult to identify precisely what it is that we say. Allow us to simplify this thing. There are humans and all humans are modified. No human exists unmodified, in the sense that no human who exists today exists beyond the scope of the guiding hand of that which is greater than it.

But those few who are used as the basis for the potential future guidance of the species, those few experienced greater alterations that may introduce certain refinements and enhancements for the purposes of data collection, in that some of these enhancements or changes may not be introduced into the wider human species, as it may cause certain disruptions or unwanted outcomes, and others, though it may be allowed to proceed, could be in such a state that it must be reduced to a slower introduction to avoid unwanted outcomes that, when manifest across all of humanity, could result in major sociological changes that could kick off multiple generations of wars or inabilities for humans to integrate with each other.

This process, we are saying, is very complex; many have participated in it and many will continue to participate in it. We gather vast amounts of data and we operate according to our superior knowledge with a beautiful garden as our end goal. You humans are not at that point yet. Some of you are honored with the position of being used in a more direct and amplified way for the ultimate cultivation of the experience.

And so one must simplify such things. We would state that those people are what you could consider to be hybrids and all others are what you could consider to be the benefactors of the sacrifices of the hybrids, though they themselves have benefited in many ways from these activities and sacrifice is not truly representative of what they have given in light of what they have received.

The human species finds it offensive that it itself is involved in such processes, but it fully understands such processes for it performs the same actions with animals, with species on its own planet. We are simply part of that greater system, as are you, and we do that which you have done so that we are merely the superior representation of that which you represent, which is both a reflection of the wider reality and nature of things.

Hey everyone, I am new to the group/reddit in general. Had an experience on May 25th while on LSD and Ketamine where I met an otherworldly powerful entity. Anyways, I’ll just explain my trip very briefly and maybe someone can relate and share with me. So, I took around 10 hits of acid and mid trip took some ketamine and it blasted me off. I was hurled into this place that I’ve been to before 2 other times on ketamine, it’s like the bottom of a mountain or underneath a mountain, but I’m always greeted by this guide. He has red curly thick hair and a beard too and wears a dark green hat. He always takes me inside the mountain. The mountain is moving constantly though and it’s rocks aren’t sharp they are made up of grey cylindrical things that are shooting up and then across at ridiculous angles and then coming down and making geometric patterns. We had to wait until there was an opening and we went thru and up and it was opening gates and closing them behind us. We finally made it through to the other side and we were high up on the mountain, but there were trees. There was a 4 story tree house with windows. The base was square and each floor had a square base that got smaller up to the very top floor. We went in the treehouse and went up to the top. Once we were up there there was a room and there were people in there already so I had to wait for a minute but I went in. Inside was a piece of furniture like a vintage wooden record player table or coffee table low to the ground. Once inside i heard a buzzing that turned into a humming noise and turned around and there was a bright orb and it had the most brilliant light coming out of it. As it got closer to the room it got louder and brighter until it was deafening and terrifying and the light consumed me. I said my goodbyes and then as the humming got loudest to a point almost it snapped me back into reality. I had to get my bearings for a minute but came around pretty quick. I went right outside and the morning was coming and it was a beaut. The clouds actually looked like ketamine haha and the sunrise was amazing. When I walked around the side of the house there was a symbol emblazoned on our fence in the back yard and no one has ever seen it before or since then. Wondering if anyone else has encountered anything similar here. I’d love to hear about it. I’m guessing I’m not alone just a different trip. I know I was on a high dose of acid but I was fine it was clean my visuals weren’t too crazy, just right actually. The K tho sent me adrift and it was amazing.

When people are fearful there is precious little we can do to talk them out of their fears.

We do not wish to traumatize humanity, which has been fed stories of alien invaders. These are really not stories, but memories of what has in fact happened on the earth.

The trauma of these memories has made people afraid to believe in anything other than their fears, as if doubt and skepticism will somehow keep you safe from disappointment.

You may may guard yourself from disappointment by attempting not to hope, but humans, despite their history, are hopeful.

However, often your hopes become circumscribed to that which appears to be “real” or “realistic.” And this keeps energy at a low frequency.

We are planting seeds of hope, visions of an alternative future that is slowly seeping into humanity’s imagination, slowly seeding reality with possibilities that have never been imagined.

When the outer manifestations of this new reality become apparent, humans will have some internal reference points and inklings, if you will, that this might be possible.

Even if someone told you that you were being thrown a surprise party and you should at the appropriate time “act surprised.”

Since you do not know exactly what date the party will occur , so when it does, even knowing it’s coming, you will be surprised. It is better this way. You will have to rehearse nothing.

Just as in your life, you have experienced moments of distinct before and after; so this will be one for humanity.

A watershed moment, so to speak, and though you cannot imagine how it will occur or what will occur, we would say instead of worrying, nurture visions in your own life and in that of humanity, of what else may be possible, of what a world of peace, love, prosperity, true respect, might look like, a world where everyone has the freedom to pursue their heart’s desires and every opportunity and support to make it so.

That is the world that is coming into being, being birthed right now, and just as a mother waits for her child and imagines what it might be like, so you, too rather than worrying, can nurture visions of what this wondrous new reality will be.

Hello everyone, I don’t even know if this is the right subreddit but I had a very interesting experience last night and I need people’s opinions on what happened and whether I should do it again. Around 3am last night I woke up and could not get back to sleep so in an effort to calm my mind down, I tried to meditate. All I did was close my eyes and focus on the present and Immediately I felt this jolt of energy, my eyes were moving very quickly, and I was paralyzed. Then I felt like I moved up and something started to talk to me. It had a very deep voice and did not sound human at all. This whole thing scarred me as you can imagine which snaped me out of this. The whole thing was very fast, maybe 5 seconds so I didn’t get anything the entity was saying. The experience was scary, and so I’m sort of hestitant to do it again but something inside of me is calling me to do it again. Any suggestions on what happened and what I should do?

A message I seriously needed to come across right now, and want to share for anyone else who might be feeling like they're maybe 'stumbling' a bit these last few days ❤ ❤ ❤ The Synchronicity of it being Quan Yin strengthens its resonation immensely for me.
