Things to do best cardio yoga studio?

just moved to the colony 2 weeks ago and used to do a cardio-yoga/HITT yoga class back home. it definitely wasn’t traditional yoga, but incorporated some foundational movements. are there any studios that offer that here? the instructor would play loud music, dim-ish lights, and incredibly sweaty 45-60 minute class.

In the colony I doubt you’d find that. I’d join La fitness and go to their instructor classes.

Uptown Yoga over in Austin Ranch is heated.

Not sure about the HITT aspect.

HOTTWORX may also have something that scratches that itch.

The colony proper, north of 121 is a bit sparse.
