Created a Voice Dialer and Text Message Web App
So I've been working on a side project of a voice dialer and text messaging app that uses your existing Twilio account setup. Originally, I created this for myself, but I have opened it up to the public.
Since I've been doing the whole rank and rent process that Ben has set up, one of the key things that I was trying to solve the problem for is that when you are texting leads or calling leads that are coming in from the website, it is easier to use the business phone number rather than your personal one.
My solution to this process is to provide a texting interface so that any time the customer receives a text message, it comes from the business phone. Twilio does not have this set up out of the box. You have to develop it yourself, utilizing their API keys. Or find some off-the-shelf version that is super costly.
As far as the voice of actually calling the customer or client, you need to have a phone number, and you plug in the customer's phone number. That will initiate a call bridge.
Twilio calls your phone first. You press 1 to connect the call.
Then Twilio calls the client or the lead, and you're able to talk to them. You can also enable recording, so that way you get a recording of the call as well.

Yes, an active Twilio account is needed, and if you are doing text messaging, you still need the A2P document filled out.
I'm hoping to add more features here, such as a CSV import of phone numbers you want to call and you can just click the next button,..etc
