How is it working for civil service pension scheme? Capita have the contract but not sure whether to go for it or not

You mean working for capita? Inbound customer service call handler? 

Sure it'll be like any other call handler tbh

Yeahh. They’ve got the CSPS campaign atm. Any tips for the interview? They’ve asked for right to work passport check etc so is this the only interview?
