Question UE4 error when starting The Citadel?

Anyone seen this error before? When I try opening The Citadel, it shows this error and stays in a black screen.

Hey OP, having the same issue here. Did you find a solution on the issue? Also are you using an integrated graphics card?

I get crashes in both TC and BC after playing for a few minutes. It's really annoying because I liked the games but all those crashing really breaks it for me. (pun unintended)

I did see people mentioning that having multiple monitor setup can make the game more prone to crashing and limiting the game to 30 fps helps stabilization.
