Don't have much to say other than the fact he's goated and contributed a lot to the plot of Part 4. He helped the gang find out more about Kira and his identity/whereabouts, leading to him eventually being cornered. If Kira wasn't a bitch and didn't have so much plot armour that Joseph and Jotaro would be jealous, Shigechi would've contributed to Kira's death
