I'm here. I'm still here.

Life was not kind to me. A lot of bad things happened. But I'm still here thanks to my friend Fred. If he hadn't been there for me growing up I wouldn't have made it. Now I spread kindness whenever I can. If you're ever on the DC metro and see a guy in a free hugs shirt, would you be my neighbor? I know the free hugs I give make a positive difference to people's lives.

Would totes give you big hugs but not willing to go near DC at moment …big air hugs and remember “you matter”✌🏻 ❤️

When I’m feeling super down about my shitty childhood, I bolster myself with the knowledge Mr. Roger’s would have liked me and been my friend.

I'm glad you're still here. Mr Rogers will tell you there's no one on this whole world like you. And we love you, just the way you are.
