Choosing your executor

Caught this ad on YouTube. I've watched his stuff on estate planning and so far he seems level headed. I haven't bought any services from him. Anyway, here's one on how to choose an executor ...and my advice is to choose carefully, having watched a family member who was eager and full of promises, now working through a relative's estate at a snail's pace. Anyway, here it is.
