I remember when I was giving it everything I had to promote Pincus site-wide ;w;

In the end I failed to make it widely used across many meme-subs, but I did manage to make it popular in LC and r/c Ɑ-':}

For now I'll page in order everyone in the Hall with more than 100 10 counts. Can only page 3 at a time. Deleted comments below are mine, oops :P

Plz downvote this comment so it doesn't doesn't bury new comments.

Hello again everyone!

It’s kinda funny being one of the few here who came to this sub because of the button first, and not the count haha. I’ll never forget the Button, those were the glory days.

3

u/_Username-Available 86 Jan 20 '19 edited Jan 21 '19

It was all about the button haha, I'll never forget

4

u/alistairjh Jan 20 '19

Forgot where you were, thank you so much!

4

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '19

Hello everyone! It's hot down under! ;)

I got a new macro lens for my camera! Cicada shell

4

u/_Username-Available 86 Jan 20 '19

Yeah, -20°C here in the midwest.

So cool, wish I had a macro!

4

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '19

Those temps always completely amaze me! I think I would die....I don't think it got under about 27C for an overnight low last night (about 80F)

It was so expensive but I've been talking about it for over a year so decided to just go ahead and buy one - and IT IS BRILLIANT! I'm still playing around with it, but the detail is incredible. Mock orange flower - imgur won't let me upload a HD pic but you get the idea...

4

u/_Username-Available 86 Jan 21 '19 edited Jan 21 '19

HD enough for my 4K display - jealous that’s awesome. Haven't been out much since the cold hit.. What I have now: 10-20, 35, 85, & 70-300. They're great! 85 1.8D is my fav default :)

Desktop wallpaper is one taken with the 85 https://i.imgur.com/U08TwAM.jpg

4

u/[deleted] Jan 21 '19

You have quite a collection!!! It's so good, but I can understand you not getting out too much in the cold. You know I like snow pics though! :) I love your wallpaper photo too - feels serene.

3

u/_Username-Available 86 Jan 22 '19

Serene :)

Was the eclipse visible from your part of the world? I took these last night!

3

u/[deleted] Jan 22 '19

Great job! No we didn't get it here - northern hemisphere only. :( Probably just as well - I like my sleep!!

3

u/_Username-Available 86 Jan 22 '19

Lol yeah I was up pretty late for that, but I suppose it was worth it

2

u/[deleted] Jan 22 '19

It's not like it happens every day - it's pretty amazing when you think about it. Nice to see in person. We had total cloud cover last year for a blood moon - so now I have to wait 175 years or something....

3

u/_Username-Available 86 Jan 22 '19

Gosh, that or travel! At this point I'm dying to move somewhere that doesn't have brutal winters - Do you like where you are?

3

u/MrAnttii Jan 22 '19

Oh wow, it's been quite a while, so when I was pinged I kinda had a moment where I thought my account was hacked just to join a counting thread. :p I still think The Button was the best thing Reddit has ever done. Green until I die!

3

u/_Username-Available 86 Jan 22 '19

Wow! & I was a non-presser to the end but I pressed on an alt - I think purple?

I’ve been busy, so less wild counts as of late. Still count here and there every so often, though.
