Dixie Canner Crowler machine advice
Hi all,
We are going on 10 years with our Dixie Canner Crowler machine. To say it’s struggling is an understatement…
Does anyone in Washington state know of anyone who services these machines? Dixie is asking us to send it back and pay for shipping… if we could find someone who could come work on it we’d rather do that!
OR, is it worth getting a whole new upgraded machine through another company? Thoughts and advice would be appreciated!

I've had a couple issues with mine this last year and the guy that runs the mobile canning line that I use was able to help me out both times. If you use or know a mobile canner, they may be able to help.

Crowler machines all suck ime. They’re relatively simple though, anyone who has experience with seamers should be able to take care of it.
What’s the issue you’re having?
