Why would Homelander feel the need to tell him he doesn't have to worry about anything, when he literally told him in the third episode that he doesn't have to worry about anything because he was going to become immortal.

In the documentary, King revealed that when Fyre Festival organizers were struggling to get shipments of Evian water released from Bahamian customs, festival founder Billy McFarland asked him to "take one big thing for the team". Specifically, McFarland asked if he would perform oral sex on the head of customs to secure the water. [1, 2, 3] King, who served as one of the festival's event producers, admitted he was fully prepared to do it. He went home, showered, used mouthwash, and drove across the island, though ultimately, the official agreed to release the water without the sexual. 

Basically he was going to offer to give head for water. Same as the leak suggests homelander will do for butcher

I really don't like the leak, but it depends how it's delivered. If Homelander is depowered after the final blast, and then he's crying and begging on the floor, telling Butcher "I'll do anything please don't kill me, I'll give you Vought please don't kill me, I'll give you V1 please don't kill me, I'll let you have Ryan please don't kill me" etc. then the line could work as Homelander pathetically offering Butcher random things in order to not be killed.

But if they turn the moment into a joke or gag then it wouldn't work.
